Melissa shows off her newest sweater projects, with great pattern ideas. And talks about the tools she is using
I got my buttons on the Evendoon Cardigan using Uncommon threads Cocoon.
My friends Ranunculus- finished the body now onto the sleeves.
Blueberry Vodka Lemonade by BabyCocktails.. It is a fingering. It’s a nice knit.
Another upcoming class is another Baby Cocktails/Thea Colman- Dolcetto- this one is worsted weight. I have finished the back and front. I seamed the shoulders and picked up the neck. Then the sleeves.
We have another class coming up- Caitlin Hunter’s Soldotna. Color work DK. I have made one but decided to make another.. I am so excited about this pink. I had switched to a 7 for my colorwork but I think I need to go back to a 6.
Strombolli- Caitlin Hunter- I have separated the front and back. This really is a fun pattern.
Barberry- I have decided to make the pullover. It is using the Laddereback Jacquard method for carrying the floats. (DK weight yarn)
Center Point Popover- I am using Mallow Juniper moon bulky. Finished the “front” and onto the back- in the round then the front and the back get joined in the round.
