Castlevania II: Simon's Quest - Castle of Distortion ~ Dwelling of Doom (SNES Remix) [SPC700]

Despite the game's quality being pretty low, the soundtrack on the other hand is the complete opposite. Dwelling of Doom is an underrated banger that I'm surprised hasn't been used in a lot more Castlevania games, even if the song's relatively short.
Screw Castlevania II!! It can go to hell for its bullshit & "guide-like" design. And the mansions... the goddamn mansions are the worst!!!! Nobody likes this game now, and nobody ever will. Thank God Castlevania III brought it back to its original roots. Although, I will say, I can understand why people did like it back then and why some have a huge nostalgia for this one. I bet using a guide for a game was a fun experience rather than a tedious and frustrating one back in the day, but I grew up in the 2000s with an SNES, GameCube, and Game Boy Advance as my first 3 gaming systems.

I have a weird love for this game, but yeah its very cryptic, enemy placement is horrible, and it overall isn’t a very well aged game in the slightest. Have nothing bad to say of the game’s soundtrack or this remix, as both are amazing
