I like your body mounting solution, and the wire mesh idea for the grill. One thing I would change would be to secure the bolts to the bracket with nuts, eliminating the need for them on the OUTSIDE of the body and speeding up the mounting/dismounting of the body! Glad to see the snow is starting to melt, and thanks for the videos!
At first glance someone may not appreciate all the work and 💰 the went into the truck! It's totally awesome 👍 great job. My best truck is my 2010 Summit still and it's seen better days. Thanks for all your hard work
The way you mounted the body looks a lot cleaner than if you did the posts through the body. Mesh Grill would make it really pop. Great job on the Build Medic she is Awesome looking.
Commenting halfway through the vid cause I couldn’t wait till the end. Love the vids so much . Episode 11 of this build and it’s already coming to an end. Wish it could go on forever!
*THANKS for that Aaron!!* The World has gone truly MAD! 😠😖 I'm sharing in your excitement, seeing Overkill 2.0 come to LIFE. All in all a good debut. Broken Winch Cable, no big deal. You've found you may need to do a couple of tweaks here and there... Par for the course! For a home built Rig, that's got to be one of the best first runs!!! 😎👌👋👋👋👋👋👋 And yes, some People will stick their nose in. Tell you what "you did wrong"... You've been at this nearly as long as I have!! I'm just sitting back and watching you go. Someday I'd LOVE to go and enter a TTC - even just to see the amazing Rigs. You KNOW what you're building. I don't think some of the people understand. It's NOT a Scale Rig!!! It's got to take a pounding that would exhaust a Vegas Hooker!! Not be pretty. 😉 I'm with you 110%!! I hope you guys are doing okay up there. Carmine ✈🚂🚙
That was awesome! It performed well imo. All that time and hard work paid off! Too bad about the back winch but like you said, cheap fix. I'm pumped to see it at the TTC😎
on the yellow 2x4 when the rear ended steers is what i was talking about. when i said link geometry. either way i get the clearance you want for ttc and it looks great !!!! awesome video. thanks for sharing.
More Episodes than Star Wars and Pure Awesomeness! I used spray on Plasti Dip inside my SCX10 Jeep. I like it. It even changed the white color to slightly grayish. Que viva el mas chingon! Stay safe.
Plus winch line is much cheaper than the winch itself. I really like the build and the set up you have on it, but it sounds more like a vacuum cleaner than a jet. I do get the excitement of getting a completed project out on the rocks or trail, as I just got my CXT project finished up... mostly.
I like your enthusiasm!! In fact you're your wife likes it too,, that's 😎!! I got to get a rock crawler with the speaker motor sound,, with metal body,, and burnt metallic orange color with some metallic black tripes! The bumper bolts look good man!
Wow she is a beast !! Those tires make a big difference to, Love my KLR/M's they have awesome traction. I enjoyed this video a lot I'll be watching for more . You guys day safe with this crazy virus going around .
Really cool truck looks more like a mud truck though. I think you're going to find that it's too tall and to stiff for crawling but best of luck to you. Always entertaining RCSparks!
Thank you once again! I have. It completed the build on this truck, so a bit of a spoiler, not really, but I loved watching this video. We need a heart button on here next to the like, because I loved watching this! Thanks a lot!
@@TheRealRCSparks yeah probably😂😂, have been watching the channel for years now and every build has me in awe. Thanks for the reply and keep up the great vids!!
Aaron, what a BRILLIANT idea, bracing the lexan with a steel substrate/body mount. I am truly impressed, my friend! And I'm stealing your idea! Also, I want to add, that when Project Overkill (P.O.K.) made it off the teeter-totter I literally cheered and clapped, feeling relieved and excited for the balance & CG of pok. I had headphones on, though, so my son popped his eyes at me in a wtf ?!?!? HAHA. I've followed this build VERY closely, man, so I was instantly excited to see today's notification. I saved it for just the right conditions around the house :-) Thanks for doing this exceptionally fine mini-series, Mr Bidotchka. My hat is off to you :-)
Cool video man, it’s awesome that you don’t edit out the repo’s and the line breaking, etc. It’s part of the adventure. Crawling breaks trucks, that’s just a fact. Keep up the awesome content! Must keep you busy too with all this quarantine and so on.
Torro Torro Torro!! How are you my old friend, I hope you are fairing well during this world issue. Thank you for taking the time to come here and to comment :)

@@TheRealRCSparks Hello Aaron, I'm still fine and we now have a kind of curfew in Germany. I wish you and the family good luck and health for this crazy time💪💪 #stayathome #staystrong
Awesome purpose build, so spot-on you already won! I don't know if I would go into something with a guaranteed win because if I didn't win it would be obvious operator error, good luck
Man that looks amazing on the track. Hopefully everything will work out with this current shit storm for the ttc. Awesome build my friend. Thank you for the 14 minute escape from the crazy world
Love that you love it bro... its your truck and you should be the happiest with it.. I really like the look, seems pretty planted for a truck that gives the "appearance" of being tall.. nice👍 Cheers mate
I have ordered some offsets to make it slightly wider in the coming weeks.. It is a little tall.. but a lot of those SEMA trucks are.. and hopefully I got it close to looking like one of them
I've really been wanting to buy and build my own kit crawler but I'm laid off and cant afford it right now. So I have to live off other people's builds. So keep up the good work.
FYI the Reefs servo winches don't have built in bec. They do have built in winch controller. So if you want max power to winches the Hobbywing Axe has a bec capable of going up to 7.4 volts at 3 amps I believe. Those servo winches work great at 7.4 volts. Cool build btw
Hi Michael, thank you for your advice. This is a purpose built truck.. made for competition. I am doing my best to keep weight off, and any weight it has, low down.

Nice to see Overkill in action at last. Good luck in the TTC Aaron.
Who else has always wanted to drive on his scale park since he made it lol keep it up Medic!
I like the car wash
I would love the opportunity to try my trx-4 tactical on it.
I stand corrected. The articulation of that suspension works a lot better than I anticipated. Nice job setting it up. 👍👍
You should use that build in the mine when you start TH-cam gold next season
Every machine has to have a purpose on TH-cam GOLD. a FUNCTION. We're not playing around here! Lol...
Taber Earl that is a good idea
Amazing build!!! Is it just me or is it my imagination, that the tires seem to be a little stiff??? Hmmm
Hats off bud that truck is insane!
tht is a very beautiful truck
Digging the body mount set up.
I have finely got my first rock crawler scx10 ii love it know I can really get it in the game lol
Commenting halfway through the vid cause I couldn’t wait till the end. Love the vids so much . Episode 11 of this build and it’s already coming to an end. Wish it could go on forever!
Thank you Ethan, those kind words are an amazing payment for me.. thank you!!
I love the sound of that axe setup on 32p 😍 cant wait to see this truck take first at ttc!
*THANKS for that Aaron!!*

Nice truck man
That was awesome! It performed well imo. All that time and hard work paid off! Too bad about the back winch but like you said, cheap fix. I'm pumped to see it at the TTC😎
Glad you liked it!
Excellent 1st drive way to prove the concept.
on the yellow 2x4 when the rear ended steers is what i was talking about. when i said link geometry. either way i get the clearance you want for ttc and it looks great !!!! awesome video. thanks for sharing.
All trucks track to the left on the Yellow Beam.. they are uneven, and trucks rear ends slip out.. its how we made the beam...
Woooooooooo hell yeah!!!! HOPE you three are staying safe 🤗 thank you for another awesome video!!!!
It really is an excellent truck and the test in the backyard is very conclusive !! Good job and great video !!
I LOVE HOW FAR THIS BUILD HAS COME
Nice truck Ive been watching since part one
More Episodes than Star Wars and Pure Awesomeness! I used spray on Plasti Dip inside my SCX10 Jeep. I like it. It even changed the white color to slightly grayish. Que viva el mas chingon! Stay safe.

I want 10 minutes with the controller for this truck!!!! Looks so awesome to drive!!! Great build sir!

Awesome brother. Im building a 10ii comp build with the supershafty transmission. Cant wait to get done.

The truck looks good man!! Great job..
Those reefs servo winches got the power!
Thank you once again! I have. It completed the build on this truck, so a bit of a spoiler, not really, but I loved watching this video.

I had to go and ask for twisted lumber at my local hardware store, your teeter totter made me jelly!

I like the bolts in the front it gives it character 🤙🏻
Cant wait to see it in ttc and what a nice looking truck i been watching the whole project now and can't wait to see what ur ganna do next to it
I love how at 3:25 the snow clumps on the wheels and watch the front left wheel as he drives on the start 😂
This would be something I would love to see with a sound box like the one on the bronco
No sound is good enough to go into Overkill.. and this is a purpose built truck for competition. It doesnt need a sound kit.. heh
FYI the Reefs servo winches don't have built in bec. They do have built in winch controller. So if you want max power to winches the Hobbywing Axe has a bec capable of going up to 7.4 volts at 3 amps I believe. Those servo winches work great at 7.4 volts. Cool build btw
Love it!! Great build can't wait to see it smash everything at TTC!.
Awesome testing man. The clearance and flex on that thing is insane what an awesome build that was
Another awesome vid man 👌 gonna killem at the tuff truck comp.
Put a hook system with adhesive to attach it to the body in front use rear bumper as is to lock in place
I think that your truck is looking great out on your rc park 👍👍
I'm so excited to see this BEAST in action finally!
I enjoyed the happy ending 😉
Hey got those dessert lizards! I've got some on my axial scx10 ii
That truck is nice you should pout a sound kit on it and a light bar on top
Hi Michael, thank you for your advice. This is a purpose built truck.. made for competition. I am doing my best to keep weight off, and any weight it has, low down.
