Can you ride it without battery power? And so many reviews say it’s very heavy, I would be looking to take it on a train every day which involves steps down to the platform. Thoughts on the weight would be great, thanks
Hi , what’s it like going up hills? I know a lot of other small electric bikes suffer in this area. Also if it had off road tyres how to you think it would perform ? Thanks Ian
What about the actual milage right now per charge?
Thanks 💯👌🏼
Good review is the bike legal on uk roads with a throttle
Yes, the throttle is irrelevant though, it’s the speed and the pedaling ability.
Is it street legal in the uk with no requirement to pedal in order to engage the motor?
Not sure, but it meets the 250w / 15.5mph requirements.

To be honest, most ebikes are heavy unless you buy the expensive ones. This weighs 23kg.
Does the battery detach?
I’ll double check but I think it can be removed.
How much weight can the rear seat take ? 40 to 50kg ?
Unfortunately I don’t know, try Engwe direct 👍
Is the suspension good?
It’s ok, it softens the bumps slightly.

This is at the slower end of the ebike scale. If you're a heavy person, it's likely to struggle a bit.
Thanks
Is it waterproof
I’m wouldn’t submerge it, but it should be fine in the rain. They recommend using a proofer, I guess like PTFE spray.
Do you buy it from Engwe website? do you know why the Amazon and Engwe website has different pricing for the t14 ?
I’m guessing Amazon is more expensive because of their selling fees.
It dont have a rear back light
Can I put a child seat at the back?
I don't think so, it may be too small for that.
