Judging by the diverse terrain, I feel you need at least 11 days (unless you're a pro) to complete the Manaslu Circuit because if you plan on reducing your trekking days by covering your trails faster your chances of injuries & fatigue will be high. So i suggest if you're planning to go aim to complete the circuit in 14 days, don't carry the temptation to complete the circuit in less days.
If you can walk I think 7-8 days is enough, we completed it recently and we only walked before sunset. Day 1: Ktm- Soti Khola to Machi Khola Day 2 : Machi Khola to Chisapani Day 3 : Chisapani to Ghap Day 4 : Ghap to Shyala Day 5 : Shyala To Dharmsala including visit to Birendra taal Day 6 : Dharmsala to Bhimthang via Larkya Pass Day 7 : Bhimtang to Besisahar and we reserved a vehicle to get to Ktm on the same day. But be careful, better to take time than to hurt yourself.
I did the trek in 2018. There were so many times I was mesmerized by the terrain throughout the whole trek. Camera alone don't do the justice, you have to be there. But you did a great job. 👏
