I've had this problem most of my life because I feel posing isn't an honest representation. Rather than being fake I would usually opt to act the fool and make a stupid face. I've adjusted this as I've grown old and now usually flash a nice neutral smile. Generally prefer pictures of me in which I wasn't aware I was being photographed.

This video made me feel emotional because it describes very much what I want for myself but often find much difficulty in relationships, and it is often communication based. I was born shortly before an eclipse in Libra, which means of course I have a new moon, my midheaven, Pluto, and mercury in Libra. I'm not sure about other Libras but for me it has made for some major swings over my life trying to find balance, and am also so airy it is difficult to ground at times. I've noticed that people are so polarized these days that seeing the other side can garner attacks from each. I am actually quite an emotional person but like my temper I hide it as it is not how I want to be perceived. This is possibly due to my Mars in Cancer. Anyways, just a few ideas to add to the conversation.

My apologies for this being so long, but here is my situation.
This guy I like is a libra and I’m a Pisces. He’s always been giving me signs that says he may like me, but idk if he likes me back.
Here are some of the signs:
He looked at me when I looked away for a brief moment; I don’t think he liked hearing that I used to like someone else even though his expression was neutral, I saw some emotion in his eyes-when I confirmed that I used to like said someone else before I liked him and he looked at me for a few seconds after I said that. Btw, HE ASKED ME if I liked said someone.
We hugged once and it took awhile before either of us pulled away; he FIXED HIS HAIR WHEN HE LOOKED AT ME during class; He looked deep into my eyes when I talk to him and rarely ever looks away: if I catch him looking at me during class then he looks away immediately after I notice he stared at me but other times his gaze lingers; I’ve caught him staring at me more than usual.
He also stood very close to me, sometimes. when we were in English class during our senior year-and sometimes when he stood in front of me we were a foot apart; he also had his feet pointed toward me-and I don’t think he realized it-when we were sitting in our desks at school; Plus, he sat across from me during English-and I don’t think we had assigned seats-and he sat near me in economics class.
We didn’t have assigned seats in economics class at all. Two people have told me that he loves me and when his friend told me-right in front of 2 other people-he immediately TURNED AWAY FROM ME AND DENIED IT.
Once his expression was neutral when I told him that I liked someone else-after one of our mutual friends told me that I need to move on from him-I think he didn’t like hearing that because he walked out of the room so fast I couldn’t catch up to him.
I asked him if he liked me and he smiled and grinned, then he frowned when he said he had a girlfriend and when I asked him if he would like me if he was single he looked away and didn’t answer either of those question.
He also HELD MY HAND AT THE PEP RALLY before it ended.
Almost 3 weeks ago he called me twice EARLY IN THE MORNING, but I missed the second call by one minute 😡😡😡-and I tried calling him, but I didn’t get an answer. One of the calls I received from him was a regular call and the other was a FACETIME call.
I also had a weird dream that he liked me and I had another dream that we kissed. Does that mean anything?
Btw, he’s single again.

A lot of times, I've found people who aren't Libras often overlook the fact that Libra, although ruled by Venus and being an air sign, is both a Masculine and a Cardinal sign. With me, I could never lie, even in half-truths. My Scorpio Moon and my Aries Rising force me to be direct and honest and also reinforces my analytical and curious nature. A lot of general personality relies a lot more on the rest of the chart than most people seem to think. I always struggle to do things I don't need or want to do. If it's not fun (and if I'm not doing something with someone, it's significantly less enjoyable), I find it really hard to motivate myself to do it anyway, no matter how much I know I need to. Then again, I also have pretty bad executive dysfunction.
Also yes, I understand a lot of people won't find me physically attractive, but the idea that I am boring or scary or an asshole or intellectually dishonest or irrational really scares me. I want to be me but I also want to communicate who I am in a way that is accurate and not so people think I am completely unapologetic and ignorant. It doesn't help that my Mercury and Moon signs are Scorpio whereas my Sun and Venus are Libra, making communicating thoughts without some level of emotional investment near impossible. I've been told I come off as very strong and intense and, to more people than I'd like, intimidating. It kinda breaks my heart that anybody at all is outright scared of me.

One thing that I know about Libras, (I am one) is that... We can talk to anyone, even our worse enemt but if we don't strike up a conversation with you, its not hate, its something deeper. Most likely a secret or, we know we don't have to talk and we're tired so we don't talk. :^ Its hard to explain.
Low functioning libra - feeling detached in a relationship. Described me perfectly. My moon is also an earth sign - Taurus. I love this girl, my actions tell me this, but I’m just so damn indecisive and feel emotionally detached at times. She’s a beautiful cancer.
