I find it super funny I was watching decker in a police chase with hydra, while this happened. And during comms you can just out right here the police say it was Mr.K who shot the doctor when they quite literally had no proof what so ever, and watching this clip he used a cover up voice, so they should have no proof it was him, that's some nice detective RP work right there.
