I have a question please Why is it that this RCC spreadsheet always make a provision for slab reinforcement in (R) that's mild steel instead of (Y) high yield even if the fy used was 410 not 210 ???
The spreadsheet was made that way. You should ignore the prefix whether it is R instead of Y. Note that, mild steel (R) is no longer used in modern method of construction
