I`m 70 and an ex roadie and I've heard everybody from the 50`s to present. I never liked metal until I heard them. They are the tightest and most talented band I have ever heard. They have all kinds of influences from Metallica to Queen, Michael Jackson, Helloween, Megadeath, Pantera and Miyako is a classical trained pianist from the age of three. They put that all together and make their own sound. So when you reactors say they sound like so&so I take that as a compliment to all their influences. Keep up the great reactions. 🙂👍🤘🐺

I'm an old (71) metal head and I'm sure these young women are the best band and the best twin guitars in the history of metal. By their collective and individual technique, their creativity, their versatility and their refreshing humility with the successful integration, this is what I think, of Fami who seems to radiate joy. In any case since I have followed their career (5 years) I have never seen so many smiles!
So true about the bands still touring after decades. In my mind, it's more to say "hey, I saw them live". Who cares when the quality those bands play now isn't close to what they were in their prime, and even then, most never played at the level that Lovebites does when at their best. M & M are definitely, in my opinion, the best dual lead guitarists ever. Individually you may say this or that guitarist is better than either Miyako or Midori, but I have just never heard such technical perfection with any tandem before them.
I agree about the old bands, don't tarnish the memories by going to see them now. I also agree that most, if not any of them, ever played as well as Lovebites. Lastly, I have never hear such technical perfection either. M & M are lightyears beyond other duel guitarists.
Excellent reaction and I am with you that the world needs to hear Lovebites. As you say every band has their time when they are at the top. Seize this opportunity now and put this fantastic band on top bill centre stage. I ve said before there is harder, more technical and faster bands but they have not got the polished finish of Lovebites and not one song in their back catalogue is weak. Unfortunately M and M get the attention so everyone listen again and focus on the rest they deserve it
Thank you. As I have pointed out many times, every single member of this band is a star, at the very top of their game and they all are in the same band. Haruna is unbelievable behind those drums. Miho was awesome and I am not trying to take anything away from her but, as someone else stated, I think Fami takes them to another level. Lovebites is the bar that others must rise too.

They also tweak things between performances and add little touches that were not in the original MV. So you're not re-listening to the song, it really is something new. Very few bands even think of doing that.
Thank you for flying the flag for the ladies. Every great reaction helps them in its own small way. And they know it. Asami and Midori have said so in interviews. The best thing about this show for me is the absolute joy on Asami’s face. The whole gig long she was extremely emotional, and close to tears a couple of times. And Fami. First live concert before an audience playing a style of music she liked but never really began playing until joining the band. She grinned from ear to ear for 90% of the show. I’ll say it again. Fami has never done what you are watching her do until about 40 minutes before this particular track. Could you tell? Could you heck. Best band on planet earth. I totally agree with you. Fami literally seems like she has been in the band the whole time. I think that some of the constant smiles are because they know that they picked the right person for the band. The fact that they did not rush their decision shows just how important it was to them and it paid off big time.
I`m so jealous of you going to those shows I hope they come to the States next year the DVDs of their shows is probably the only way I will get to see them live.
@@ChadTheDragonLord I bought some Japanese magazines back with me. It was an oblique reference in both cases, but it was clear what they meant. Because I had to photograph them, then translate, I didn’t keep the photos. I doubt they would feel comfortable saying it bluntly, out loud, in an interview because we know how copyright conscious their label is, but they more or less said that TH-cam during Covid actually increased awareness of them.
If you listen to both songs Fami ads a some minor fills of her own it`s hard to catch but they are both phenomenal bassist Fami has more skills not saying that Miho couldn't play like Fami it`s that she doesn't.
at the premier Saturday I am looking forward to hearing bot Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'Em Down) and Judgement Day live versions I also followed instructions on the link that notified me of the event to pre order my copy of the album ]:P

You hit the nail on the head on every comment you made it from them being the best. To the washed-up old bands I used to like. I watched the video of Don dokken he talk sings I'm pretty happy that the Asian bands are gaining traction here in the US of A. The concerts are getting more people got them. I'm talking about band-maid and nemophila . Even rolling quartz shows are getting bigger.
