Philippines Nina Ricca Alagao was robbed! She should have been in the Top 2 with India. Her exclusion in the Top 10 is one of the Biggest Pageant injustices of all time!
But Lara Dutta hands down was the one to beat that year. She’s the winner from the start.

Philippines was robbed! I do accept that! She was an amazing speaker ! And at that time MU was looking for a speaker role model and a clear standout! Still cannot understand how she could not make it to the top 10! Her EG during prelims was outstanding ❤️ She cheered so much for Lara when top 3 was announced! You will notice that in the video! Similar scenes happened in 2021 ! Time and again! INDIA and Philippines have been making ASIA proud at MU ❤️❤️
