Hello. The size of the mat is Mummy S. The actual size is 168 x 58 x 7 cm, which is almost the same as the official notation. However, R-Value 5.8 may be exaggerating a bit. But it certainly feels warm. I felt that the R-Value was around 3.5 to 4.0.
I think that it is a good product for a low price, except that it is difficult to put air in.

The pads didn't sink in and my body never touched the ground. By the way, I weigh 132 pounds. However, it is difficult to fully inflate the pad with a pump alone, so air must be added through the mouth. The air pump is easy to come off. If the pad is full of air, it may be okay to ride on both knees.
