- Toyota launched its new generation premium hatchback New Toyota Glanza 2022 today 30th of March 2022. The All new Toyota Glanza comes in a generation change with new exciting feature. The old Glanza was a huge success for Toyota selling 66,000 units all over India in last three years. The All new Toyota Glanza has a very bold front face compared to old Glanza with beautiful chromium wing inserts in the front face and a carbon fiber design finished front bumpers. The new Toyota Glanza comes in 4 variants named E,S,G and V. The V variant is the top most variant. The models S,G & V have both manual and AMT gearboxes. The wind shields are UV protected and has a rain sensing wipers in front. The hood has beautiful character lines on it. The lights are LED Auto head lamps with cornering ability and follow me. There are fog lamps which are beautifully placed in chrome inserts. The side profile has a seamless design and the new Glanza features a 16" Diamond cut alloy wheels with great precision cuts. The Door handles are chromium plated and have request sensors on it. There a chromium garnishing which starts from the A pillar and ends with the fabulous quarter glass at at the rear. The Rear side of new Glanza has stunning looks with C shaped LED taillamps. The Glanza badging, Toyota emblem, and the variant name is embossed in Chromed writings. The interiors are super premium with a black and beige combinations which comes in Toyota DNA. The seats are of fabric and can be height adjusted, the D cut leather wrapped steering wheels are telescopic and tiltable. The instrument panel has analogue meters and has a 4.2 TFT display displaying various vehicle parameters. The infotainment system is by ARKAMYS sound system in top end variant. The touch screen in 9 inch large with 45+ Toyota connect features. The dashboards are premium with piano black finish plastics. The glove box proves the quality of the vehicle. The attractive feature added is a Heads Up Display in the dash board which projects out when the vehicle is turned on. The HUD projects the speed, fuel warnings etc; making the driver to drive easily with out distractions. There are amble charging points in the center console of the vehicle. There are cup holders and sliding arm rests for the front row passengers. The back row has ample leg room and have two head rests for the rear passengers. Rear AC vents and charging points are provided in the back row for rear passenger convenience. The boot is 138 liters big and can be extended with the help of 60:40 split seats.
The new Toyota Glanza is powered with a 1.2 Liter, 1997 CC Dual Jet Dual VVT K12n Suzuki Engine. It produces a peak power of 90 BHP and 113 Nm torque. The estimated mileage is 23.35 kmpl for Manual and 23.94 for AMT. The most striking feature is the warranty provided by Toyota. The standard warranty is 3 yrs/1,00,000 KM and can be extended to 5yrs/ 2,20,000 kms. The price range starts from Rs. 6,39,000 ex-showroom for E variant and 9,39,000 ex-showroom for V variant (AMT Transmission). The bookings are open and has a waiting period of 0-4 weeks.
