I also, recently, started my Pixelmon adventure on Twitch Streams If you do more of this, I suggest you install "Sophisticated backpacks" and/or "traveler's backpack" if you give different keys you can use both and have SO MUCH inventory! just keep in mind if you want to use pokemon items, like balls or heals they must be inside the pixelmon backpacks or in your normal inventory for them to show on the menu during battle Still something to keep in mind sophisticated backpacks grant a lot of extra inventory and are displayed on the back of the playe's model. Traveler's backpack grant some additional features, and some even grant Night Vision or Underwater breathing. Very useful.

btw to get shedinja you need an empty slot an a Pokeball in your inventory, it prob didn't work cause your pokeballs are in the poke bag
Just a quick tip when you use a pokeball it resets the timer ball so you shouldn't use them after another pokeball
