The newly appointed head could hardly remember his own name. They are fine marching, wait until they face any action, then we'll see what they're worth.
Unusual but it another method you do see occasionally. The drill is quite good actually except for the square gating VIP in the beret. They take nice small paces when marching which is good to see.

I guess that he speaks figures the same way as zuma does. "Sevennety haandreed" for 170!!.......
