There are no work visas in Russia unless you complete your studies here and want to work. But, you can work while studying with a work permit. Currently, no, you cannot go to other countries with a Russian visa. You have to make one for every country you enter. The best visa to work is a student visa.

A Bachelor's degree visa is easier to get. You can get visas of other countries from Russia but currently due to the Russia Ukraine conflict many countries have shut down their embassies so the available countries aren't the ones you mostly prefer.

Try Mordovia State University. I'm currently studying here. It's cheaper and there are lots of Indian university.
