- In this video I install and review the brand new ROP brushless motor from Mofo RC! This motor is the icing on the cake for the Axial SCX24 comp build, truly taking it's performance and capability to the next level. This motor is the successor to the SMP, but has double the kv at 3400kv, which translates into massive top end power! Incredibly, it still manages to maintain excellent low speed control. We all strive for the perfect build.it's hard sometimes with the learning process with pushed inadequate parts! We want quality but some vendors like money over quality. They know this.
if only mofo or furiteck made some high quality polymer transmission mounts ,don't get me wrong the cnc aluminum is sweet but on 1/24 that's a lot of weight

Definitely a improvement I just bought a Furitek cayman cause I wanted brushless without ruining my stock lcg chasis I made it’s gonna be fun to compare my brushed setup versus my cayman build.

That’s an interesting motor,I hadn’t heard of that one before your video it certainly seems more controlled at slow speed.

Looking at Mofo's website they look like really high quality without killing the budget. I think I'm going to have to pick one of these motors up. It's slow enough for me but what I want is slow enough like this but then also able to at least go as fast as I can walk.
