Oppo F7 has a far better chipsets compared to the Vivo V9 as the former has A73 cores while the V9 only has A53s. And Oppo has a reputable camera experiences. Can't see why the V9 is better, unless its due to the HORRIFIC NOTCH. But the best budget phone is yet to arrive (Xiaomi A2)
