Today as we are in lockdown we are cooking some easy meals on our ridge monkey so when we go wildcamping in our VW campervan we have some more easy cooking ideas to go camping with. Butter the bread on the outside (the side in contact with the pan) and it will golden toast instead of catching and burning black. Fry the onions before you add the meat to give it more flavour.

You never put salt,and pepper in any.Salt brings out the flavor of food
Not everybody like salts and pepper but you can put it in your food enjoy 😁

Have you researched the health concerns regarding non stick coatings?? And we all know how toxic aluminium is ... You can cook the same as this contraption in cast iron, mild steel, stainless steel pans which last forever.
For your information im a qualified Nutritionist and these coatings are NON toxic. If you do some research you will find out more.
Am a caravan newbie and love some of the great ideas you've shared. Am a big fan of RidgeMonkey gear from fishing and will incorporate the pans and the van and cook away.

Love you video’s always just make breakfast toasties when camping but have made the Chilli in the garden tonight. We have a slightly smaller version than you use. Great tip with the microwave rice.🤙 Fed us both and my partner is happy to go camping now.♥️

Saw the wrap idea on your Facebook group & on John & Mandy on tour’s channel. Tried them at the weekend. Mozzarella, ham & chorizo was my favourite of the concoctions we came up with. Other cheeses became too runny. Keep up the good work on your channel

I have been trying to order a ridgemonkey 4 weeks now I have only received knockoffs sent them all back how do I get the real deal
Try ordering them from a big name fishing tackle supplier...plenty of online fishing sites stock these....
