When someday I have a son, I would want him to be trained in martial arts like you. The calm demeanor and patience you project tells how the art shaped you as a person.
Very true. I was an aggressive child with a temper and fate has it I ended up joining a martial art class. Besides martial art, the instructor taught me tenets about self-control that impacted me and I was changed forever, no long quick to anger, I can remain calm in the mist of a storm. The principle of martial art is to be in control of your body and mind.
Not surprising when you think about it. No matter our styles there are only so many ways the human body can naturally move. SO some styles and techniques will be similar due to the natural range of motion for joints and limbs in the human body.
I genuinely love how the Tai chi master theme was playing in the background. Idk something about the way he's explaining it and the song in the background makes it feel authentic
Dmaaaaah, thanks for the tutorial again! 🖤🖤 i was training normal backside kick since yesterday, this video came in a right timing! Im loving your tutorials, just came in a right timing for me because I’ve got a lot of day off due to coronavirus in Japan 🤣🤦🏻♀️ so more time to practice 🔥🔥
Amazing dude, and thanks for what you said in the beginning 2 minutes of this video, thats some of the most important things to know when it comes to martial arts, tricking, etc, the embrace of creativity. how one is not limited to a certain way, it is just good to also know and learn something from each others experiences, we help shorten the learning curve to really bring in some fun for everyone. Namaste
Great, I don’t think I have watched a video from your Chanel before, I may have. I like you. I will attempt this in about an hour to 30 or 40 minutes at the most.
Guys you always do something interesting. Love all your videos, I am trying to be a matrial artist too. Do you know any good exercises to grow strong muscles and how to learn kung fu and wing chun at home?
At my school we call twist kick something else, but it's basically a front kick but turned to the side. It's great for getting under the guard of your sparring partner
I don't even kick. The legs are for footwork for use of the weapon. I practice kicks every few weeks and it is always fun and I get a great aerobic thing and I really don't know how to kick so well. I'd love to learn from an expert leg fighter. I practice Silat and Escrima for 27 years and Tai Chi and Bagua for 11 years. The internal martial arts of China saved me from being overly aggressive and harsh with people. I was the ferocious swordsman! HAHA! Love, Mike. USA.
I need some instruction. I have some idea of what to train but I never trained it before so I just don't know as the English say. I just know some basic kicks. I do experiment a bit and just have fun. That's a good idea though! Thanks. I should train kicks for a few years and maybe I'll figure some stuff out! Love, Mike
Drunken Boxing and Grandmaster Wong Fei Hung "Drunken boxing" (jeui kuen) or 8 drunken immortals (jeui baat sin) belongs to the most spectacular kungfu styles, it is actually a single set, not a complete style. First mentions about Wong fei hung practicing drunken boxing emerged in popular southern chinese martial arts pulp magazines and radio shows in the 1930s. Wong fei hung is supposedly learned drunken boxing from the legendary "Beggar" Sou, one of the Gwongdong ten tigers (Gwongdong Sap Fu). Grandmaster Wong Fei Hung,"Beggar" Sou and drunken boxing were later popularized in 1950s-1960s by Hong Kong tv series starring Kwan Tak Hing and later by Jackie Chan. Beggar Sou was born in Hunan, Province, and was known as Sou Chan. He made a living performing martial arts in the streets with his sister, and they arrived in Guangdong. Sou Chan was an expert in the Shaolin pole techniques, and enjoyed in leading the life of a wanderer. "Beggar" Sou was a Hung Kuen master and there is no evidence that Grandmaster Wong Fei Hung has learned "Drunken Boxing" from him or anything else. The TigerCrane double pattern form contains a technique called "Drunken Eight Immortals" and some practitioners preform it with a drunken type of footwork, but it has nothing to do with drunken boxing.
Just so you martialclub dudes know.I'm learning Karate and i might learn other martial arts sooner, cause i want to know what it's like to be a martial artist

Walden wow...amazing how it can impose discipline and mastery of oneself...thanks for sharing your story!😊
The depth of clarity and understanding you show is this is impressive. If you aren't one yet, you will make a good teacher of the arts someday.
It’s crazy how much our technique looks the same. 🤯
Damn crazy to see you here
GRANDMASTER!

One day he's just gonna keep spinning and lift off, never to be seen again.

Are you saying his stuff won't work in the UFC MMA?
ModernGeekReview Must idiots like you always bring up UFC/MMA?
@@ModernGeekReview I was making a joke about how each of his kick tutorials have kicks with more and more rotations.
he's saying that he's gonna turn into a helicopter basically one day and fly off as a joke
Dmah's tutorials are so good because he's so calm and composed :)

Your kicks are solid bro . All the kiçks which you showed are kungfu kicks or Tkd kicks ? , Please clarify .
What's the difference between this and a pop 360?
You guys should do forms tutorials!
For old school Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do stylists, we also know the twist kick as the inverted roundhouse kick.
