Four musicians from four different countries with four entirely different biographies, yet all stemming from the world of Rock, now united in one band: EXIT EDEN!
The all-female four piece band unites all attributes ascribed to the new millennium: cosmopolitan, self-confident, independent and ready to do their very own thing. Despite their diversity, the four singers Amanda Somerville, Clémentine Delauney, Marina La Torraca and Anna Brunner blend together personally as superbly as they do vocally with their very diverse vocal tones and techniques that go from opera style to raspy rock. This constellation created extraordinary and powerful ideas and it became their unique plan to raise EXIT EDEN’s very own edge: to show the world that almost every classic song can be transformed into a solid metal-rock song.

They using their open vowels and opera voices is why they sound so amazing

Actually they use mixed techniques, the opera sound is caused when you open your mouth wide but close the vowels just a little bit while using the spaces of resonance in your head, when you work on your techniques you can switch between musical/pop and opera it's hard but so much fun

She's powerful, but I dont think she knows how to sing backup. She has her place for sure. I love the sound, but Clementine has a beautiful voice the gets drowned out. If they're going to work she needs to figure that out.
@@trapsetting101 I noticed that problem. Like during the chorus of each song I can only hear Amanda. I think they could balance it out more in the studio. When live it does sound like Amanda is really trying to hold back but then the band seems too loud and drowns all of the girls out. The act really needs more balance

i feel like some lady gaga song's have a dark side and are actually meant for symphonic metal.
Rickus Kruger she actually was classical educated so her songs have a melody no as other pop simply songs.
I've always said Gaga would be a great metal singer. She's got a really powerful voice and wide range. Her performance with Metallica solidified that even more. Shame she probably won't ever do it which is odd because she's supposedly into rock & metal.

All 4 ladies work great together. Great harmonies and the band kills it with the rifts. I think it is a great collaboration.
I love how at 3:12 it's Marina with Clementine as backup vocals, it sounds so good, also the thing that Anna did at 2:55 is impressive.

There's such a perfect transition between their voices in the choruses. You've got Anna's pure rock voice bleeding into Marina's gothic, onto Clementine's more melodic soprano and then ending with Amanda's operatic soprano. It all comes together into pure, unadulterated musical magic.

Don't know where Napalm recruit these girls but I'm glad they did! Nice kind of party music. And finally - are my popmusic-lovin' friends about starting to fall in love to symphonic-metal. So it's a good start.
Did you convert any of them yet? Pure symphonic metal is a good gateway to metal.
Clearly you don't know your metal, and don't insult these powerhouses by assuming they are "recruited girls". Amanda Somerville, Clémentine Delauney, and Marina La Torraca have been/are the front lead vocalists and faces for Avantasia, Epica, Archenemy, Kamelot, Phantom Elite, Visions of Atlantis, and Serenity. Anna Brunner is the only one you could consider "recruited" and she more than holds her own. Female-fronted metal is the future, and don't expose yourself as ignorant by dissing them as "party music".
Amanda's voice is soo dominant! Its a shame she doesnt rejoin the group!

I do not understand what some people are whining about. This is their first album. What the hell does it matter if it is all covers? Now if after this it is nothing but covers, then I understand. Just think of it as an intro album. Also the whining about the repeated music video, I had no idea it was about the video and not the music?????!!!! Not to mention again, what the hell does it matter? This band is pretty new. It does not matter if the singers are from other bands. This is a standalone band!
I don't know anything about this band, but according to the description they want to show that all classic songs can be transformed into metal. Sounds like they are a metal band that covers songs to me. Not that there is anything wrong in that, although there are already a million youtubers who do just that.
I never saw that in the description so forgive me. That should support all the more reason that people should stop whining though, they are doing all covers when they seem to clearly point out that they want to do covers for classical songs (if you count some of these as classic). There are a million youtubers who are doing all sorts of the same thing, it just depends which ones out of their particular crowd (or genre) that speaks to you.
I don't know why people complain about their first album being only covers.
Apocalyptica's first album was only Metallica covers, and that didn't make them any less than awesome.
A great example of why it does not matter. A band is not defined by their first album (I personally like at least half of their covered versions off of this album) whether being good or bad. I can't think of many bands if any where I liked the first album the most.
When I said "think of it like as an intro album", that was more or less a complete agreement to what you are saying about this album being a good way to let themselves be known.
While I will not argue if they choose to be a cover band (because it is their choice), I do agree that it will inevitably become easily forgettable at least in the grand scheme of music history. I hope that they do not decide to become only a cover band, but in meantime with this album, I have no complaints.

It amazes me how people forget that the singers, no mater how great they are, are not the only people in the production of the song, and that is without going into the back room editing staff. In many cases it is the entire band.
You need to look up these girls. And the guys doing thunderstruck in a bar somewhere because toward the end of the song, Amanda introduces all of the guys. Somebody recorded it on a cell phone. And the video kind of sucks a little bit. But you'll get it and I like it.
You get a lot of odd looks when you're at a stoplight with the windows down and this song turned up to 11.

Oh man I so love this band! And these vids... some may be annoyed they're all at the same place but clearly it's a novel in a way! The first was them all waking up... then through out the other three each singer finds something in their own exploration of the mansion... next will be Anna it would seem... then the last May be them all comin together with their treasures to figure out the larger mystery of the place... can't wait! The vids are amazing.. as well as the songs!
