Reading through these comments years later is incredible. People just finding this set, thank you for keeping this alive. When this was streamed, during the pandemic of 2020, music was just about the only thing that people could enjoy. Sports were gone, the news was bleek, everything felt so uncertain and everything would never be the same. Music is the definition of etching yourself in history, and when these live sets were streamed, noone had really done that type of thing before, except a handful of select artists/production studios ect ect. Clozee took it upon herself to help keep people happy, and in a place of comfort, and this set is the exact definition of why this was one of the best sets streamed during the entire pandemic. Ok, so I am not alone then. I am a 43 year old businness man, my daughter is also ADHD and were both autistic. Shes 5, but music is her cure. @@krislees976 I can tell ya hands down Krissy boy it's a lot harder to navigate an hour long set on a set of midis than it is to play an instrument for an hour. Maybe your playing some weird theremin that electrically shocks your testicles every time you slip out of key, but most instruments are pretty easy to solo on for an hour. You literally need to know one scale.

I'm switching to different banks during the set and that i prepared before playing. That's how i got different sounds from the same pads. And to react to your second comment, I've also been playing the guitar for 15+ years so i know that it's also as "hard" and challenging to play an instrument. Different type of hard and practice. I love both for that reason. ;)

I keep experiencing her music in waves. Months will pass between me stumbling across her tracks and yet, in the moment when I listen to her I feel like it's all a seamless experience. Gliding from dream to dream it seems she remains always one step ahead of me yet I do not mind. Under her careful hands past and present merge making me doubt time has any power over this interaction between me and her. This has happened before and will most likely happen again. If heaven exists I know it lies in the beautiful canadian grove on that farm where I first met someone that showed me things I never even knew I craved so bad. This is a gem!!! this music is litterlally what i was craving for. It fits absolutely perfect to my desire of dreamlike edm music, being soft and hard at the same time while not having a disturbing sounding. It's not the boring type of spiritual ambient backgroundmusic, instead it features very creative drums and pluck sounds as well as an enjoyable bassline with a plethora of other string instruments here and there. It has just the right amount of creativity. Before i listened to dubstep and jcore simply cuz they were the most creative music genres and fun to listen to, although they did sound annoying after a while because of the sheer agression of the music vibe. You made it possible to enjoy hard slappin music without the agression part sort of like. Congrats on that, I thought I had to create this music myself but i found you thanks to the algorythm.

I rollled to clozee at electric forest jjust a few days ago and it was by far the most peaceful and fulfilling roll of my life. so glad i decided to go to her set. my neighbor had a big fan and would periodically give me life with it. Reading through these comments years later is incredible. People just finding this set, thank you for keeping this alive. When this was streamed, during the pandemic of 2020, music was just about the only thing that people could enjoy. Sports were gone, the news was bleek, everything felt so uncertain and everything would never be the same.
Music is the definition of etching yourself in history, and when these live sets were streamed, noone had really done that type of thing before, except a handful of select artists/production studios ect ect. Clozee took it upon herself to help keep people happy, and in a place of comfort, and this set is the exact definition of why this was one of the best sets streamed during the entire pandemic. And is aging quite beautifully.

@@krislees976 I can tell ya hands down Krissy boy it's a lot harder to navigate an hour long set on a set of midis than it is to play an instrument for an hour. Maybe your playing some weird theremin that electrically shocks your testicles every time you slip out of key, but most instruments are pretty easy to solo on for an hour. You literally need to know one scale.
@@krislees976 Kris, "she has many different samples coming from the same buttons" : What i'm using here is a Native Instrument Maschine. I'm switching to different banks during the set and that i prepared before playing. That's how i got different sounds from the same pads. And to react to your second comment, I've also been playing the guitar for 15+ years so i know that it's also as "hard" and challenging to play an instrument. Different type of hard and practice. I love both for that reason. ;)

I keep experiencing her music in waves. Months will pass between me stumbling across her tracks and yet, in the moment when I listen to her I feel like it's all a seamless experience.
Gliding from dream to dream it seems she remains always one step ahead of me yet I do not mind. Under her careful hands past and present merge making me doubt time has any power over this interaction between me and her.
This has happened before and will most likely happen again. If heaven exists I know it lies in the beautiful canadian grove on that farm where I first met someone that showed me things I never even knew I craved so bad.

This is a gem!!! this music is litterlally what i was craving for. It fits absolutely perfect to my desire of dreamlike edm music, being soft and hard at the same time while not having a disturbing sounding. It's not the boring type of spiritual ambient backgroundmusic, instead it features very creative drums and pluck sounds as well as an enjoyable bassline with a plethora of other string instruments here and there. It has just the right amount of creativity.
Before i listened to dubstep and jcore simply cuz they were the most creative music genres and fun to listen to, although they did sound annoying after a while because of the sheer agression of the music vibe. You made it possible to enjoy hard slappin music without the agression part sort of like. Congrats on that, I thought I had to create this music myself but i found you thanks to the algorythm.

i absolutly agree with you. Iv been going to see dubstep shows since 08 and have seen almost everyone I can think of, except skrillex unfortunatly. Clozee is the perfect blend of sweet beautiful melodic yet heavy music. Not boring and slow like some of the wook stuff these kids listen to now. Not a copy cat of anyone else. Truely unique! every set is magical! I have listened to her for a few years and finally got to see her for the first time at forest this year. The sound at the stage was messed up but it was my first taste of her live. Instantly bought hula and ezoo tickets just to see her. Her hula set was very different and really heavy. Shes truely my fav in the scene right now. The only person I can think of who is also super unique is Troyboi, any other suggestions?

I have Dubious and Break Lab sets in my iTunes library... been listening to Clozee for several years at least ... it never occurred to me these wonderful sounds and beats were coming from a lovely femme - bcoz the beats are super phat and crunchy - You rock !!!
