I can't tell if this is a question or a statement, but if it's a question the only answer I can give is "I don't know". But it is worth noting that this formatting is consistent with the original Japanese version, and every other appearance of the song in the Taiko no Tatsujin series, so it's definitely intentional. For some reason.
