Nice one. Not only was this early in their career, it was the very first concert of their very first "world tour" (it didn't take in a whole lot of the world to be fair - 1 show in France, 1 in Germany, Sonisphere and 1 headline show in the UK and 1 show in the US (I'm fairly sure that was all, happy to be corrected of course)). Su's vocals were always exceptionally powerful, Yui and Moa were not going to match her power, but both had sweet voices at this time.
I don't usually watch fancam footage unless there is something unique... and this is pretty much unique. 😁 They performed the Yuibanger and Moabanger again during two back to back sessions called APOCRYPHA - Y and APOCRYPHA - M a few days later in Tokyo (July 21st). Yui and Moa had four songs as a duo (without Su) called Black BABYMETAL: "Onedari Daisakusen", "4 no uta", "GJ!" and "Sis. Anger". 🤘🦊
Great reaction! This happened in 2014, at the "La Cigale" in Paris, France. A few days later, Moa did it at the "Live Music Hall" in Cologne, Germany. So yes, they were young in this 😄 Hey, it´s "Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!" after all, so Yui is celebrating the special night of her 15th birthday 😉 Not exactly tho, this was about 2 weeks later, but hey... 😁 Yep, Yui did the first _proper_ scream to this song 🤣 You could react to - Onedari Daisakusen (Budokan 2014 Live) Eng Subs to hear both (Yui and Moa) sing live. Some people might object to the concert choice, but at the Budokan they are live and awesome! The "Legend 1997" version is definetly backtrack/lipsync. But their costumes are more kawaii there 🤣
Awesome reaction! Yui definitely brought the Kawaii to early Babymetal! You should check out all 4 of the “Black Babymetal” songs, and Yui’s Chokotto Love from Legend 1999. 🤘🦊
In 2014, BABYMETAL first did a two days show at Budokan in March, and at the end of the shows, BM announced that BM was leaving Japan and going abroad for the 'training mission'. Then BM had done a small shows in Japan in June, then there in Paris on 1th July, Cologne, Germany on 3th(where BM had done 'Moabanger' at 15 year old), and then that legendary ‘Sonisphere’ on 5th in England. Yui had a great talent for dancing. This was known from the time of BM's mother organisation, 'Sakura Gakuin', which was also commonly known as ‘Yui-bot’ because her talent was out of in SG or BM. I believe in that you can see that even in this fancam video. Su- has outstanding vocal talent, Moa has outstanding expressive ability, each of the three of them has great talent. But at the same time, each of the three also has their own ‘weak’ areas. But even that's part of their charms, I think. When I commented what I noticed in the two dances, Momoko's and Yui's on one of the ‘MomoBanger’ reaction videos in relation to this YuiBanger fancam video before, I received a critical / mocking comment back from someone idiot saying that I shouldn't compare the two videos, which are of different quality. I can understand if it's a question of sound quality, but sound quality has nothing to do with visual issues. The rest is a matter of the viewer's ‘eyes’. (Momoko is a great dancer too, as is Kano and Riho, the Avengers) But I was astonished to see that the criticism had three ‘likes’. So I stopped watching reaction videos of BM for a while after that. In that sense, it's such a memorable video for me, lolol... By the way, I am aware that I am stupid. This is the 'knowledge of ignorance.' Thank you from Japan!
Ah, just keep cool, if there´s some Yuibros and other folks mocking you. Yui is a quite delicate topic, all the time. I´m a Yui stan myself, but I´m a Momo stan at the same time 🤣 I´m very sad that we didn´t see Yui mature, but I´m happy about Momo´s "promotion", too! Momo didn´t replace Yui, IMHO. She just took Yui´s place, and she made BABYMETAL feel "new" (but not different!). A very worthy heir of the Yui legacy! Yui´s nickname "Yuibot" resulted from the fact that her dancing was so frikkin´ sharp, exactly on beat, and 100% accurate at times. She was able to repeat movements in such an exact manner, that you couldn´t say if there was more than an inch of deviation between two moves of the same form. Almost like a machine 😉 And she was quite slow if it was for social interactions, and reactions to things happening around her. Like a chatbot 🤣
@@Wolfpack94487 Thank you for your kind words. I am fine. I also miss Yui so much. But I'm also really happy to have Momoko join BM. Yes, Yui was 'prim' (← Is this the right word?) especially in the overseas interviews. I'm not good at English conversation either, so I'm actually similar to her. But I'm not as cute as her, so I'm no good, haha.
@@road-runner Thank you for your kind words. I am okay. Yes, that is right. Yui is a really good dancer. My favorite moments in this fancam video are, at 5:59, this profile silhouette of Yui, from 6:40, this soft movement of her knees riding on the beats, at 7:09, this beautifully swaying her hair, at 7:36, this sharp movement of her right hand, etc...
@@minamihideki7123 You´re welcome! "shy" would be the more appropriate word, I think. "prim" has a sexual connotation, I don´t believe that you meant it that way 😉 Hahaha, well, NOBODY is as cute as Yuimetal was back then 🤣 In my honest opinion 😉 She is a very special human. As is our peach princess, Momo 😉
BabyMetal is cute metal. How could cute metal be without cute members? The original BabyMetal iconic kawaii member is Yui. The new BabyMetal iconic kawaii member is Moa. Yui has a cute voice, cute movements, cute screams, cute thoughts and cute answers to questions. But her dancing is very professional. Thanks for your great reaction.

It's surprising how few people know about APOCRYPHA - Y and APOCRYPHA - M.
Of course they were fan club member only shows.
It's a crime that Amuse didn't record an official video of this moment....Yui we'll love you forever! 🍅

Don't get discouraged by some yuibros. Yui was a hell of a dancer but probably not the best (metal) singer in BABYMETAL. 😊

Yui-Metal sings so cute it's a Lullabanger!

Moa isn't new. Momoko is.
One thing you should realize regardless of the picture and sound quality this is equivalent to holding the holy Grail in the palm of your hand
Next Moabanger from Legend M concert.
It’s Su’s powerful voice that attracted Su to Koba in the first place. The rest, as they say is history
