I mean sure, it's been stolen, it's been slept in by homeless people, the wheels have fallen off, the engine has been used to cook eggs, the exhaust has been fashioned into a hash pipe, the seats have stains on them, little bit'a goat urine, bit of Jeff's seed, some ketchup, all that jazz... But the car works fine, dude! C'mon!
In fact, all those things increased the value. We know the engine can be used to cook, we know it's been used for charitable purposes housing the homeless, and so forth.

Yes, a guy upset about being charged 10’s of thousands of dollars for a vehicle he never took possession of has absolutely no reason to be upset. Possibly being his child’s first vehicle as well. You must be an incel at home in mommy and/or daddy’s basement never having done anything yourself.

The car is ready today. If he’s picking HIS car up tomorrow there needs to be a storage fee added. Offer to buy the car back. The company will pay 1/2 the price to buy it… it WAS driven off the lot. Call a lawyer?!? Tell the lawyer to leave his name and number so your FLOOR of lawyers can email his back. Saul, these are fantastic ideas! Yes, it technically was driven off the lot... no matter that it was by homeless car thieves looking for a mobile home. Carvana deserves a fair price under the circumstances. The VP can also claim emotional damages for having to do Ron's job.
