It works, then when It says device is disconnected I followed your steps went to "Type here to Search" I searched glorious then clicked it and it showed me the same pop up, it just showed me "device is disconnected" again can you please help me with this issue?

I tried Jordan Green's solution and it did not work for me. I went to tech support about this problem of not being able to access the software and the mouse also not working, except that the RGB lighting turns on when it's plugged in, basically a fancy paper-weight now. They asked me to take a short video showing the mouse not working and the serial number/order number. Did that, they reviewed it and decided to send me another mouse. Fast-forward a month later, mouse arrived, it worked on plugging in, tried the software... "Device disconnected". Tried updating the firmware, did that, mouse stopped working, replugged it, nope, restarted computer, nope, reinstalled drivers, nope, re-tried the firmware install, nope, and every time I try to launch the gosh darn software it's back to "Device disconnected".
Thanks Glorious Gaming for my 2 fancy paperweights / useless mice.

apparently you need to download glorious core instead of this. core is for the wireless mouse

GUYS THIS SOFTWARE IS FOR THE WIRED VERSION OF THE MOUSE ONLY. You will have disconnected and waiting issues if you try to use this with the wireless version.
I got a wired model o and it's still saying the device is disconnected
I have the model o wireless and all you need to do is install the wireless software on their website that is linked on the comment im currently commenting on. Windows will tell you its not installed because of a risk but just click "more info" and then "install anyway" and you should be good.
It still says device disconnected, is it any different for glorious model o wireless? I just got this mouse and get the device disconnected even when searching the application using the windows button

Um question i did everything but when i went to type it in my window then open the software it still said device disconnected
uninstall any glorious mouse software already on your pc, install the firmware in the zip folder, unplug the mouse and replug once the mouse has frozen up and firmware has installed, install the model o software.
try different usb ports, it worked for me.

@@Daniel-kp7xf I had this same problem, all I did was uninstall the Model O software and then I installed the Model D software and it was working fine. I have a Model O, but only the Model D software works. Hope this helps you! :D

@@bozebozu2633 yea, I undownloaded the software after making the changes and it fixed the issues, I also updated my drivers (which was and is also having issues) I figured I was downloading the wrong software as the wireless had diff software I forget what it’s called but it worked once I downloaded the proper software and connected my mouse with the usb cable.

If you're mouse disconnects or turns off then you should unplug your mouse, then plug it back in, and that should fix it. COMMENT DOWN IF THIS HELPS.

Make sure you click on the wireless option they have and download the file. You're pc will not download it because it will say its an unidentified manufacturer but don't worry because it will not give you any viruses

If you are seeing "device is disconnected" look at the bottom of your mouse and it will say what mouse you have. I got my mouse off of amazon like a dummy and I got a glorious model d instead of a model o. Check the bottom of your mouse and go to the link in the pinned comment and download what ever mouse you have.

I have a hunch that windows 11 killed the Glorious Model O software for this wired mouse.
My mouse disconnects every time I move it. I cant find a video On how to find the problem.
