IMO it's Cody, Zain, Hbox in that order. iBDW's performance this year is underrated because his hiatus was fairly long. The actual stats on his performance are nuts though, reliably beats most top players & is about as consistent as Zain IMO. Any of those three could be the best this year IMO Mango isn't in contention for #1 because his earlier performances have to be counted the same as everyone else's, but he's playing on the same level as those guys.

Cody has the highest peak of having a winning h2h record against the other two #1 contenders and Zain/Hbox has the consistency of always placing in the top 5 and rarely dropping sets to players outside of top 10. Mang0 still has a slight chance to be #1 although it's highly unlikely given his terrible record in the beginning of the year and Jmook and aMSa would essnetially have to win every tournament from now on to claim #1.
