I can watch brad trim briskets all day
Great to see four different renderings for trimming a brisket in one video, by four people with different approaches or skill levels. Thanks.
Best video you've released yet.
Love the back to basic videos. Always learning new tips and tricks.
More to come!
Great video it’s always good to see a brisket get trimmed
This has started out as a great series, geared to be the most complete guide to bbq briskets.
Glad you enjoy it!
Sawyer's brisket trim looked damn good!
Love the content guys! Keep it. Becoming one of my favorite TH-cam Channels.
Good looking trim job!
I never thought of pressing brisket down to flatten it
What was the original publish date again?
The fuck. Ive been trimming dozens of briskets and she did a better job her first try. Such is life
Great how to and why
That is the best looking beef I've ever seen
No question Bradley did the best
I always cringe when i see how much 'waste' there is on a brisket... i get that you see doing the right think do!
Reminds me of the times working with mr Ed
He’s In in 80’s by now still kickin!!!
Since you don't need your tallow what do ya'll do with that
Word has it that if you process food without a Noles shirt on you get 20% better results! 😎 JK. Perfect timing as a brisket will be on the smoker in this Gator household on Sunday! Will use what I learned here. Keep up the great content!!
😂😂😂
Can you say “sharp as fck knife?” What kind is it, and what’s your preferred sharpening method? Amazing! Thanks!
6” victorinox, sharpening stone
What brand of brisket do you use? What grade is that beef brisket?
Ha! They answered those questions
What size are your brisket starting weight? Before you start trim and do you have an idea ending wt or just take off what you can’t use?
11.5 avg pre trim. We just trim them into a nice shape. Usually around 8-9lb pre cook
@@LeRoyandLewisBBQ really so on the ave you try to aim for three pounds of can’t use brisket. Well not used but still on the brisket. I always wonder if I’m taking to much off.
“Bris-kit…nip the tip” ❤ #dadjoke…Love you Mr Brad 🇨🇦🤙
If you scalp it can I just get a piece of fat and super glue it onto brisket
Brad did it better
Fantastic video guys. 🔥🔥🔥 Dom @CornishCarnivore
Cool post showing individual techniques. Just get after it.
Watching brisket after brisket after brisket really helped reinforce what you need to do.
This repetition is PERFECT for a beginner...thank you!!

Love it. Thank you
I watched all three videos and now ready to copy your method to preparing cooking and slicing. The hardest thing for me was cutting so much off. I must give Brad credit for giving me the confidence to cutting so much off.
AWESOME!!!! THANK YOU FOR THE LESSON!!!
Pretty sure sawyer had the cleanest trim of the group
Good stuff!
What knife did you use? It sliced through so beautifully
6" stiff boning knife, Dexter Russel or Victorinox are 👍
Great job!
Awesome trim tutorial guys. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
That guy was doing my head in talking a certain way.. thinks he’s funny or likeable 🤮
