    Great to see four different renderings for trimming a brisket in one video, by four people with different approaches or skill levels. Thanks.

    Word has it that if you process food without a Noles shirt on you get 20% better results! 😎 JK. Perfect timing as a brisket will be on the smoker in this Gator household on Sunday! Will use what I learned here. Keep up the great content!!

    What size are your brisket starting weight? Before you start trim and do you have an idea ending wt or just take off what you can’t use?

    • @LeRoyandLewisBBQ
      @LeRoyandLewisBBQ  ปีที่แล้ว

      11.5 avg pre trim. We just trim them into a nice shape. Usually around 8-9lb pre cook

      @@LeRoyandLewisBBQ really so on the ave you try to aim for three pounds of can’t use brisket. Well not used but still on the brisket. I always wonder if I’m taking to much off.

    I watched all three videos and now ready to copy your method to preparing cooking and slicing. The hardest thing for me was cutting so much off. I must give Brad credit for giving me the confidence to cutting so much off.
