Ronnie regrets not answering the phone because he thinks that if he did, his brother would still be alive due to the fact that it would have taken Anthony longer to get to where the accident happened - potentially avoiding it together. I have my brother and he is the reason why I listen to falling in reverse, and we listened to this song together and we both cried quietly, I guess it was a bonding moment for us.
