I fully believe they haven’t converted the Boss yet because it is a monster of a coaster that would probably be more than they want to spend on SFStl. Unfortunately, what they don’t realize is that it would take a rough woodie and give the park the flagship ride, re-energize the park, and draw way more people in bc it would instantly be a top 25 ride in the world. We can dream I guess :(
I understand your rationale behind The Boss not being an RMC yet because of its sheer size, but on the other hand, seeing as to how other big wooden coasters like Texas Giant, The Rattler, and Colossus have been converted, I doubt it'd be too difficult. Plus, since The Boss is relatively new (it opened in 2000), it might not be so hard to remove or reimagine as something older like Colossus at SFMM.
@@coasterclimate2004 6 months later, but here's the issue with that comparison. All of those parks are waaaayyy higher priority than SFSL. SFMM is basically Six Flags' premiere park given how many coasters it has and how much money they put into it, SFOT, SFOT, and SFOG are at lease B-Tier parks in terms of priority, while SFSL sits firmly at the bottom alongside SFA. Its not a complexity issue, its just that Six Flags doesn't want to invest any money in St. Louis. The last coaster we got was a friggin' relocated boomerang in 2013 for crying out loud. They were too cheap to even shell out the cash for a new one with updated trains! (They just threw one of the spare ones from Ninja on it)
I’ve seen many boss rmc concepts, this is far and away the best one. This looks amazing and that double barrel roll looks demented in the best way possible
This is probably one of the best Taller RMC's I've seen very strong layout, there's never a dull moment on this coaster. And I love the amount of airtime on this coaster and mix with inversions towards the middle and end of the ride!

There are many good things about this ride, especially when considering that Six Flags St Louis is the closest amusement/theme park to where I live (Springfield, Illinois). It'd be sad to see The Boss go since it's not actually that bad of a ride (the reason I like it is because of how out-of-control it is), but at this point, seeing as how they've retracked several portions of the ride (most notably and unfortunately the helix at the end, which was the best part) and have removed the go-karts attraction, an RMC conversion is pretty inevitable. The best part of this ride you've made was having a relatively quiet lift hill. I went to Cedar Point in 2019 (how we all wish we could've had more 2019s instead of 2020s and 2021s) for the first time with my younger brother and went on Steel Vengeance. We had to wait 2-3 hours in line in the sun and the lift hill - oh god. I know they wanted to make an impression, but they didn't have to kill our eardrums to do it. Thank you for giving me a new NoLimits 2 RMC that didn't have that cursed sound from hell that had an amazing layout and design to boot. Great job! :)
I love it. Just look at it go and go! This is truly the best it can be! I also love how you kept all that structure, the first drop looks like a statue.
This needs to be a thing. NOW. This may have more airtime than Steel Vengeance (I call him Steve lol) And the elements are thrown at you nonstop imo, the last 2 elements on this ride makes it crawl a little, but it is definitely the fastest crawl that I have ever seen. This looks awesome, hopefully this becomes a thing in the VERY near future!
I feel the first 1/3rd of the ride before the first inversion is very stale and anti-climactic... I’d say take one of the inversions from the double helix at the end and put going into the first double up right hand turn then slam into a 60 degree outward banked ejector moment through the turn. (Probably would need to round that turn out a little more to avoid needing a chiropractor afterwards) That change would add so much to the beginning! Otherwise it’s great concept!
Nagashima Spaland removed the MCBR when converting White Cyclone into Hakugei, and they are a much, much bigger park than SFSTL so I think that they will be fine capacity-wise
I find it kind of funny that you put a double barrel roll in the middle of the layout. I thought the ride was about to end when I saw that and then there's like 8 more bunny hills after. Great layout nonetheless.
Just rode it yesterday and I was blown away. I thought it was on par with Voyage. In short your concept is awesome but I'm just not ready for it to become such a different experience even if it is a better one. Still lucky for me it is unlikely to happen anytime soon though if it happens it better be your version :)!
Mid course brakes are important for block zones and allowing more people to ride! Please don't cut them because it's slightly faster for the second half.
Nice concept but one thing that doesn't sit We with me is the reduce of speed at the end. The Boss has always been an accelerated ride from beginning to end so some how that needs to stay as well as the 4 major drops. I would add the double Helix back as well
They need to do something. It doesn't need to be taller per the RMC playbook of building the tallest lift hill, just to pull wasted "ejector air" which can't even be enjoyed due to the brutal restraint system. Just Iron Horse that track and give it some RMC flippitie floppities.
Is it me or are slower paced rmcs sometimes better than ones that just go super fast I like hangtime a lot so this ride is what I would call a perfect rmc with untamed
I went on Steel Vengeance and at times it did feel like it dragged on a bit because of how fast it was. Zadra's an exception, but apart from that you're right. I also went on Wicked Cyclone for the first time this summer and even though I had heard that the second half of it got slow at times, in reality it seemed to go faster and went crazy. That's just my opinion.

Honestly I'm shocked he's been adding dive loops but ig he feels it's more of a roll into a dive based on the way the track gets profiled. My guess would be he's not a big fan of sustained postives... wonder how he feels about i305 🤔
When you click "add section" there are 4 options that come up (straight, curved, force, geometric) choose geometric. It operates the same way that the force section does except you are editing the pitch (up+down), yaw (side to side), and banking of the track as opposed to vertical force, lateral force, and banking. I might make a tutorial for that at some point
