The Yamaha RX100 was the go-to bike for two-wheeler enthusiasts back in the 80’s and early-90s. Back then, the Yamaha RX100 not only set a benchmark for two-stroke motorcycles but also single-handedly changed people’s perspective towards motorcycling.
The Yamaha RX100 was launched in November 1985 and the company kept manufacturing it until March 1996. The government’s decision to pull the plug on all two-stroke motorcycles ended of the Yamaha RX100's reign in India. But the success story carries on even today
The RX100 was the result of Yamaha going back to the drawing room after the RD350 failed to light up the market. But even Yamaha couldn’t have anticipated the outcome of their radical approach, making the Yamaha RX100 the legend it is today. The best example of this is that enthusiasts are still willing to handover hefty amounts of money in order to own a well-maintained example of the RX100.

This may happened due to chember installed. After installing the chember engine needs to tune properly.

RX lover from Karnataka . At starting of the video when you were riding the RX100 it was electric fully soundless 😅😂😂 I was imagining that when Japanese relaunch the RX 😂🤣 my god, is it will be more sound or something else hmm! Anyways you have serious job on your bike to do I hope it complete fast and wishing that no scam will be done with you

Same thing has happened to my bike twice.
It's very important that you use good quality piston, bearings, connecting rod, the lathe guy should be good, so should your mechanic.
My bike has again started making the crank sound.
I might do the engine work again in the near future.
The worst part was after the 1st engine work I lost peace of mind with the bike and was not able to ride it like before.

If you are changing the reed valve go with shoguns reed valve , you will feel the difference.

Bhai Rx-100 may jiyada experimant mat ke jiyain, this is simple bike 2t and mobil, spark plug cleen, air filter cleen then ok
This is what happens when you install a random chamber without doing proper jetting. It leads to overheating & weakens your lubrication, adds to stress and results in failure.
Look at the carbon present in the crankcase, it has fully jammed your rings in.
the chamber wasn't calculated and we knew the consequences of installing chamber.

That's bad to know about failure in your RX. Check ....was it the oil flow issue or bcuz of Shell oil compatiblilty that you recently changed to ?
