I think the reason why you kept missing out on Devil Key Piece 2 was because the mod kept making you fight Fallen Uriel, which normally gives Key Piece 1, where Fallen Gabriel would give Key Piece 2
Using Dr. Fetus is like playing Demoman in Team Fortress 2. You need prediction, positioning and patience, but if you manage to master it... it's well worth the wait
I think i figured out the key piece bug. The mod probably programs only Fallen Gabriel to drop key piece 2, yet the Satan statue spawns Uriel and Gabriel at an equal chance. Thus, you just had a skill issue.
When you get the Dr. Fetus + Tech modded synergy, I honestly wonder if finding and grabbing Ludo would help (Ludovico grants you a small level of control over your Dr. Fetus bombs after you fire them, I'm wondering if that can at least help mitigate the tech laser knockback)

If I were to recommend another one, it would be Better Challenge Rooms, it's really good once the fighting is over, they give you pick ups and items, in addition to having something good, the normal ones give you items from the treasure room and those from the boss challenge room have percentages of having a item from certain pools (these are the percentages of the pools: 50% Boss 20% Secret Room 11% Angel Room 11% Devil Room 8% Planetarium) and have the possibility of having a rare pick up, oh and they also have synergy with More Options and There's Options (I also recommend the mod config menu, these 2 need it for some other configuration)
the way the devil key piece 2 isn't spawning is because you are picking up a devil item before letting it spawn. and with the lost or T lost if you pick up a devil item it doesn't let you get any more in that room. so if you destroy the statue then get the devil item then it wont disappear

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm pretty sure that Ame & Kangel mod is causing some pills to be invisible, because it seems that mod also changes the sprites of some pills. (A good collection of sprite mods break other sprites, for some reason)
Just a heads up lol Tech + Dr. Fetus does not give your bombs a yo-yo effect Last time, I believe you had My Reflection (though I could be misremembering, but I know it's not just a Tech + Dr. Fetus synergy) The only reason it looks like it returns back here is because of Ocular Rift's pull effect also applying to your bombs. Question Laven! While I understand taking the Holy Mantle to counter T-Lost's main drawback, why not take Host Hat if you are using Dr. Fetus? You'd still be risking dying to your own explosions as T-Lost without it, but I do understand the upside of being Lost But Better
The reason as far as I know for not getting the key piece is because you already took a deal in the devil room and as the lost you can take one the key piece spawns as a deal meaning you cant get it unless you don't take a deal that same room.
I'm never really sure what is a mod and what isn't now. I haven't really played since base rebirth and just hope that a lot of the things that I think look cool in your runs are actually in the game now that I'm trying to play it more often lol
