Long time listener of this podcast because it feels comforting and reminds me of my family back home in Wisconsin. Came in as a Charlie fan, but Myles is really starting to win me over. He’s fantastic at being a straight shooter, handling Charlie’s fanfare, and going through with (probably) Charlie’s ideas even though Charlie won’t go hunting or to the Packers games with him. So, giving Myles love here. Big fan of the YMCA of doing nothing moves and lost it with the “that’s hot” with the whole birds of a feather flock together comment.

Disc golf is the most Midwest activity there is, you walk around in the woods checking out the deer, havin yourself a couple 2,tree beers and you throw yourself some urethane at metal
First, Myles, never use the hardware that comes with any bathroom amenities, (toilet paper holders, towel holders, etc) especially if it is a replacement, the pilot for the anchor will already be to big. As for the woman's deck it sounds like she didn't do the water test, probably wasn't ready for it, especially if it was new. Just flick some water on it, if it absorbs into the wood you are ready, if it beads, leave it, all the stuff they treat the wood with will just push out the stain, so it never dries, it also sounds like she is using a transparent or semitransparent stain, that is a lot harder to get done correctly without streaks, and whatnot, bigger the deck the harder it becomes, keep the overlap to a minimum, and stagger it.
Um. Well depends how fast the target is moving and the size of target... 20 gauge can be harder because less shot inside each shell... less recoil but less lead too.
Just for anyone curious, coffee DOESNT stunt your growth, however a bit of coffee every day is proven to be good for heart health, as well as I BELIEVE I remember learning that it’s also good for gut health, but that is something I’m not as sure about as the heart health.

My father was born and raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm but before I was born moved to the Pacific NW where I was born and raised. In my experience out here in the west the dairy farms are more corporate less family and on larger scales (until they close down because no one wants to live next to manure ponds). But that probably doesn't answer your question. Also, It's colder in the Midwest.
