I didn't😁. When I placed the diaper cake on the table, the stuffed elephant just sat in place. You can obviously get something smaller or just stuff the back legs in the middle of the top tier to secure it. I hope this helps🤗

For this example I just placed it but you could glue it or use two sided tape that are removable afterwards.

I’m not sure! That’s a really question. I just know it was the skinny ribbon...possible 1-2 inches thick

I think it would be okay if you did size 5 diapers. You might need as many as I did in this video since these diapers are smaller
