If you dont have a 3D printer just use ranger bands. Those can then also be used as a fire starter.

A holder for a sharpening stone would be useful. Maybe a small container to hold tinder like cotton balls and Vaseline along with the fero rod.

This was a great deviation from the regular gear review type vids. Would love to see a start to finish of a 3d project!

This is cool! I hadn't even thought about 3D printing this kind of thing. Hard to beat a Mora, especially considering the price.

Good presentation. This is an interesting concept and a good way to get me started in 3D printing.

Have been thinking about getting a 3D printer for awhile now, this has convinced me that I should get one. Look forward to seeing more projects. 😃

I just found your video. Thanks for posting. I bought a Mora Craftline Pro recently, and have a Companion in my Amazon cart. When the pandemic started, I bought an Ender3 Pro, then another, then another one. I was making "ear savers" and donating them to people that needed them all over the US, including a hospital in Hawaii and the Virgin Islands, and local schools. Almost 18,000 total. Now that that wave is over, I am down to the original printer. Note: I am a beginner at Fusion 360, but I have a friend that is good at it. :) 3D Printing is the bomb. I have repaired curtain rod supports, and made all sorts of stuff, mostly simple that I design. So, thanks again. I am off to the Thingyverse to take a look.

I really like the 3D printing videos. I think that it could be only limited to what a person's creativity level is . It might be to big but how about a hobo fishing rod ? 🤔 I think it could do well with that . Maybe one with a belt loop . I have a few Moras and this would be great for them . Great video as always Ernie!! Take care and stay safe my friend !!

Very cool. You should add your logo and sell them to your subscribers. I really like the model with the bic lighter holder and ferro rod holder. I’d buy several for my Mora knife (knives :)

Some of the libraries, when they have done a job and they have left over material, they will do free jobs, just so the material isn’t wasted

I love the mora chisel and the mora electrical wire skinning knife. The electrical knife blade is about all of an inch long, surely no need for that longer standard sheath.

I have a friend with a heart condition and when we go camping together he always wants me to know where his nitroglycerin pills are and tells me that if he has a problem to put one under his tongue.
How about a holder on the mora to keep an emergency pill or two? That way it would always be with him when outdoors and it would be super simple for me to be able to find a pill in case of emergency. Bonus points if it could be marked in some way like a red cross.

All interesting, I wonder about a flashlight and/or lighter add on for a light my fire version that has a ferro rod in the handle, plus two hooks or an oval on the outside where you could store a length of cordage like bank line or something else thin and strong.

Thanks for letting me know about the library thing another great video I've been using a 3D pen for years but the 3D pen will not stick to the Mora plastic so you have to use like epoxy or whatever to get it to glue on there but other than that great video cool ideas and I'm off to warm up the old pen

If you don't have a printer you can sometimes find a local person that does. I found one of Facebook for $2 an hour. I am getting 4 of the glue on fire steel holders for $10. :)
