AEW made me fall in love with wrestling again. It also reunited me and my estranged brother. (We’ve seen 7 live shows and watch every PPV together.) Whatever the future holds, this company and the people in it will always have a place in my heart.
I really hope the MAX deal with AEW includes having access to the entire back catalog of AEW, there are absolutely some shows I want to revisit and others I need to see for the first time. 😄👍
AEW arriving and WWE stepping up their games show how the last 5 years have been some of the best years in wrestling ever. Don't care what "side" you're on. The fans are the biggest winners in this
Brandon Cutler and Peter Avalon had the feud of the year during the pandemic. AEW put wrestling school on TV and those two had a great run. Draw after draw, night after night, they told a great story and it's 1-1-29 each. We need a decider!
This my top 10. 1. CM Punk’s return 2. First Stadium Stampede match 3. Omega vs. PAC 30-minute Iron Man on Dynamite 4. Brodie Lee beating Cody in two minutes for the TNT title 5. CM Punk vs. Samoa Joe at All In 2023 (mostly for what happened before the match) 6. Eddie Kingston winning the ROH Championship from Claudio 7. The lower-third on the screen during Adam Page’s “anxious millennial cowboy” phase 8. Cody vs. Wardlow steel cage match (mostly for the finish) 9.Lucha Brothers vs. The Young Bucks at All Out 2021 10. The entire Swerve/Hangman feud
I cried when Sting both announcemend his retirement and wrestled his last match. I never cried so hard to tell to ya to the truth. Watched him for many years.
I Love AEW and I Love TNA and I Don't Care what your opinions are like a Film, TV Show, Video Game, Cartoon or Musical Artist people's tastes are different and shouldn't be a fucking Presidential debate In the TH-cam comments
You're right even though I'm not a big aew fan but I like pro wrestling because it's entertaining. As the debate people just wanna complain because they need attention.
The Omega vs. Danielson match was so much more than a wrestling moment for everyone in attendance. That was the official moment where we all knew that normalcy was returning to the world. Even though we all needed to wait on a massive line, showing multiple people our vaccine cards to get into that arena, there we were, together again, watching something we all loved. One of my favorite moments of my life.
My favorite moment is in the first stadium stampede. Adam page riding to the arenas bar on a horse, Kenny saves him from getting attacked and they share a beer/milk.
That isn't 100% true, if aew didn't try and vince was in power we wouldn't see him, if aew didn't try and vince wasn't in power you can bet at some point he would of shown up.punk from the sounds of it messed up in aew from the get go.
Original stadium stampede. All out 21(everything) Winter is coming(sting debut) Sami beating miro Best friends beating p&p in the car lot Best friends beating kip and miro in the arcade match
I don’t care what brand the wrestling is, as long as it’s a fun match that is competitive, well worked and has a chance of a big surprise. Most of my favourite wrestlers will never be huge names and are just great athletes trying to make some money (and fans) by doing really stupid stunts far too much, for companies that don’t appreciate them enough!
I got to be there for two of your top ten moments. Funny enough, seated in almost the exact same spot both times in relation to where the ring was. I got to be there for that Dark Order/Hangman v The Elite match. Fight for the Fallen was an amazing show and the first AEW event I got to attend. The other... Sting's retirement. Revolution 2024 was nothing short of spectacular from start-to-finish. If you need further evidence of how big it was to EVERYONE in the Greensboro Coliseum that night, from the moment Sting's entrance began with his sons coming out in his old gear, through the entire match, and long after they had said their goodnights, not a single person in that place was seated. To any WWE fanboy mark clamoring for AEW to go under, you're just a piece of shit. You should want BOTH companies to thrive. To provide everyone with all the wrestling they can handle AND to give all these wrestlers a choice in where they go and how they earn a living. Yes, there are AEW shills that want WWE to fall, and I feel the same way about them, but it's far more prevalent on WWE's side of the industry. In any case, you should all be ashamed as the real wrestling fans want all the companies, big and small, to be successful and give both fans and performers as many options as possible in a wild and fun sport we love. Period.
I’m so perplexed because AEW has all these huge moments and they have a banger PPV more often than not. But when it comes to weekly TV, it’s hit or miss and you can tell they struggle to fill the arenas. I hope they find more competent bookers/leaders so they can continue to succeed.
Theyve progressively and successfuly barely created any new stars, or held onto storylines. All they do is "duhhh matches and high spots" they dug their own grave
Look I know a TON of crap happened afterward, but I can't believe you could make a list like this and not put CM Punk's debut on it. And especially now, I appreciate it more. Because it was one of the nights in AEW where I had no complaints at all about anything he said or did. And I have a LOT of complaints now about other things he did. So that first perfect night really stands out.

Hangman Adam Page completing the story and becoming World Champion not being on here is a tragedy
Literally it was the conclusion to one of the best long term storyline that had done to that point.
What story? Guy was a terrible champion
No
@gregmartin114 Page/Kenny and Hangman's Road to gold is subjectively one of the best stories AEW have done. Top three.
