Thanks so much for these videos. I’m currently paying $10K at a grooming school but the instructors always humiliate me in front of the other students and get mad whenever I ask questions so here I am on good ol’ TH-cam. Your videos are amazing! Thanks again! ❤️
Finally found a video that’s exactly what I’ve been trying to explain to groomer because of her length. This dog is a twin of my dog. Thank you for posting. I’m going to try this myself and follow your video. I have had schnauzers and did the grooming.
I am glad I found this video. Great instruction with detail on addressing the dog's body shape/muscle structure for the best cut. Typically, grooming videos have the trimming technique, but this one could be considered trimming "technique plus". Thank you
I wish my dog had hair like this. It’s a short-haired havanese, but his hair is long and stringy on his legs. If we cut it to the length in this video, it would look so much skinnier compared to his body and you can see straight down to his skin. He has fine, thin hair. The dog in this video has nice thick hair, with a puffier texture which ofc is so cute. This is a great tutorial though. I do cut my dogs hair myself. It’s all good until I get to his legs. I never know what to do with it. I really appreciate you going into detail about the muscle and how you use them as a guide. This is very helpful and I don’t see a lot of tips like this in other TH-cam tutorial videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and training with us ❤️.

awesome, so many great tips here for a great trim
Very good job explaining! Thx
ok soooo. i appreciate this video. thank you.
Is this a Havanese. Do you ever do a scissor cut on the Havanese to keep them in a longer coat. Like a shaggy cut.
Thank you so much.
What size guard do you use for this cut?
What thinning shears do you use here
I didnt see this before my first cut... I messed my baby up!
Is this your dog? Because 99.9 percent of clients will come back with that matted and needing shaved.
