Because casuals will expect the ff: - Azazel stats in Offline Mode - Azazel in Practice Mode - Azazel Character Story Content - Azazel Bowling - Azazel Picture Mode - Azazel as Home Screen Character - Azazel interaction with Zafina on Battle Start/End - Azazel interaction with Jin on Battle Start/End - Azazel playable in Arcade etc. Making Azazel interact or not interact with all these costs time and bug testing, which costs money. lol
check out the game dnf duel. It's pretty dead but it doesn't use complex inputs and is super easy for learning flashy combos with low barrier to entry :)
I think Azazel has a back throw in Tekken 6, but the CPU never used it. So this is the first time I see him have a back throw, but in Tekken 8. All of his moves and properties perform the same in Tekken 6, which means he has no move that does a Tornado. He only has bound moves from Tekken 6. Also, when he activates his heat state, he looks similar to his T6 self.

You know much about Angel Jin's awesome moves, i think you can show a good arcade battle as him and as the other bosses.
