cant really leave these posts out there.... would have loved to see the machine do it with nice wooden posts! you know, so that they can actually be left outside without the fear of losing alot of nice lego technic bricks xD
the oscillator is awesome! i thought at first that its name was strange and that it'd be better to call it the vibrator, but then figured that'd be a bad idea lol
As a country boy, I can safely say a hammer sucks. You want a simple oscillating mass directly above the post. In this case it would be a "reciprocating/oscillating vertical hammer"
It's cool that the drop and oscillator ones have two different takes on creating force. Since force is mass times acceleration, you either need a lot of acceleration (eg by dropping a large weight, using gravity to accelerate it) or a lot of mass (each back and forth oscillation has little acceleration, but it uses the whole machine as the mass to push against the stake)
The oscillating engine is literally how industrial pneumatic drills work. Great demonstration.
Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it!
And the drop one is how large pile drivers work
Wrong use of the word
Oscillate: To move or swing back and forth at a regular speed.
ie. Like a pendulum.
Nice. The noise it makes when the vehicle is being built is very satisfying.
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's the same 3 second loop just repeated over and over. Guy could have at least recorded the real noises.
i wonder what the neighbours are thinking when they see a scale lego tank driving a post into dirt
bot type comment 😂
@@RichardsNicknamethank u
They just press 2X
Love the Clutch system. Gave me some good ideas for my robotics team's robot, Thanks
oh god no, I hated it
good way to destroy your bricks
The oscillator is really cool! It works pretty well too!
Yeah I was pleasantly surprised to be honest! Bit of a challenge to build that one !
@@BuilditwithBricks I bet! And that was probably my favorite so it payed off!
@@RPiManiac same!

The hardest working man on YT!
Well you know the ol saying, do what you love and you won't work a day In your life!

Haha same
Impressive! The vehicle itself was amazing!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video !
This could be a good preparation for future projects.
Maybe bridge building. Great work!
Its weight can help me a lot in improving the soil.
congrats, you made a pile driver
Awesome 😃
Thanks 🤗
Are you using keyboard clicks as sound effects?
Nope! They are all recorded sounds from putting the LEGO pieces together, all authentic sounds!
Thanks for the great video! :D The poor lost wheel @8:06 though hehe
Excellent idea for a video
Thanks, it was good fun this one !
1:59 "You saw the health bar move. It can bleed. It can die."
Never thought I'd see a lego jackhammer
🎉工夫して良いです。

I mean. They actually use a vertical hammer driver and oscilating driver to drive the posts into the ground.

👋 hey 👋😊
The hammer was good, just needed some diesel!
Very nice video, and very instructive.
No worries! Glad you enjoyed it!
4:43 bro got sent flying
mabye try building a all in one vehicle for putting down posts, walls, etc. just a whole house from one vehicle
0:17 THE AMOUNT OF PINS IN THE POST
Didn’t want it to fall apart….. 😀
Diesel hammer anyone?
You know, with the third design... That could also work if you wanted to make a single drum soil compactor aka a steamroller.
Look up the gayk drivers, it's a mix of both, a hammer and a pile driver
Can you put links to all the things used in the video?
If you mean the LEGO parts - check out Bricklink website for used and new, BuWizz for powerful motors and LEGO website for new! Thanks for commenting!
The neighbors…
I think they are used to it now!
Your videos are so good pls can continyo
