Well, technically no, but they do parody this movie. They animate it to mimic the very cheap looking 3d models and do pretty damn well. They do clearly nod at this crappy knock off though.
For Video Brinquedo standards, I kind of like the plot for this one. It's quite original, with the titular Panda wanting to be a dancer instead of a fighter, and being confused with his boss thanks to a laundry accident. Whilst Pancada's motivation for getting in the fight is stupid, him wanting to end the charade is quite a decent thing to do in a plot about lies and corruption.

Thank you for making this. I watched this "movie" last night. Within 2 minutes, I realized it was something I didn't want to see. You forgot to mention how annoying the music is, and how it sounds like something you might hear playing in the elevators of your nightmares. Overall this was hilariously done!!!
Ways Video Brinquedo’s movies could improve: -Not attempting to capitalise off the success from big animation companies by making rushed knockoffs of their movies. -Make the animation look really fluid, vivid, and detailed, rather than choppy with little texture and visuals. The first Pixar short The Adventures of Andre and Wally B was better animated than this. -Have the voice actors tweak their character voices a bit more, and put some emotion and good expression into what they’re saying. Otherwise the characters sound like an AI or someone who is just reading from a script. -In regards to the writing, make the story sound compelling and interesting and what the characters say sound realistic. Make sure there aren’t any plotholes such as when Jean Pierre told his secret plan in the same room as everybody. Also have scenes and locations that are really compelling and notable, rather than taking place in the same area most of the time. Otherwise you get something which seems like a mess and uninteresting. -Don’t attempt to make them just over feature length which is 45 minutes, but rather go for about an hour or 1 and a half hours. Otherwise it’s really short and feels rushed and compressed, and the movie just doesn’t feel worth watching. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Put actual dedication and hard work into the project, and contribute time and effort into producing it, then it’ll turn into a masterpiece. I don’t know how many people worked for Video Brinquedo, but surely it was enough to produce and animated spectacle within the same timeframe that Pixar, Dreamworks, Sony Pictures, and Illumination have set for their film productions. It’s clear however that they didn’t care about the quality of the movies they were making, but were using them to confuse some people into purchasing their movies so they would gain money from it.
I just noticed something, in 7:13 the vest part of Polaris' costume appears shrunken but a few seconds later it appears back to normal only to do the shrinking animation. Is 'Fimio Brimceno' (or however you spell it) still in business? It would be hard to believe that it is.
