Yo Smoke. Just watched one of your past broadcasts where you mentioned you still, to that day, haven't figured out what the charcoal tablets are for. Though, not sure about the game itself, speaking strictly from the medical point of view, charcoal tablets are useful when you want to stop rapid dehydration of your body, most likely due to some digestive system disease. Putting it simply: if you're having an explosive diarrhea, or constantly vomiting due to say stomach poisoning, charcoal will help you retain water in your body by thickening the contents of your bowel. So in terms of Day Z this would most likely be helpful when falling ill to cholera, chemical poisoning or Salmonella. Hope, this helps. Much luv.
