This guy isn't that good. He gives receivers a big pad then has to rely on his athleticism to make a play. Those plays won't be there at the next level. His instincts are so-so and his diagnosis of the plays is below average. He loses track of where the ball is once he turns his attention to the WR. Don't buy the hype. This kid has bust written all over him.
That's based on coverage in system.. You don't always choose to play off/press and so on.. Its usually a read and react system. Washington thrives off it.. 5:23 perfect example. Give up the underneath ball and w8 on the mid to long range balls.. If you watch Washington or him you will see all the well covered balls mid range that turn to interceptions.. You're also not gunna find a more aggressive and willing tackling CB in the draft IMO
