The 4:30 point of video features chef hamming it up, on far right.
Something I would do.
Although I haven't watched this video before but I find it very interesting 1st thing is that the EXECUTIVE CHEF is a graduate of the CIA,located in Upstate NEW YORK STATE, 2nd upon graduation she worked in some of the best restaurants in NYC, 3rd she found a very good business partner, 4th they opened a restaurant called CRANE RESTAURANT, 5th When they opened up the restaurant they're menu is a very elective fine dining International continental concept, because it's fine dining it tends to be very expensive which not to many people can afford, interesting video because it's extremely rare that a food correspondant has the opportunity to interview the EXECUTIVE PARTNER CHEF, in the dining room of her restaurant, I personally can't imagine the prices on there ever changing menu, given availability and accessible of the food items, as I have worked in some fine-dining establishments, reservations and dress code are required, and based on the restaurant equipment it might get a bit very pricy, like there imported Wood burning grill from Spain. Interesting video though, question is how many Michelin Stars will be awarded to this place by the critics from THE NEW YORK TIMES, forget ZAGAT RATING.
i thought NYC is banning gas grills and ovens.
