@@ainalim60 that’s a nice way to do it! Before I had a wardrobe manager, I used folders in Pinterest to plan which items I’d check out in store, then which pieces Id added to my wardrobe :)

Out of sight out of mind has definitely happened to me too! I told my husband that means I need a giant closet someday so I can display everything (rather than downsizing.) 😅
It sounds like you're a bit impulsive! I'd plan your wardrobe ahead of time. Check the weather for the next day and put clothes out the night before including bag and shoes. That way you make a series of very small projects out of it but the thinking was done without pressure. That way you will enjoy all of what you have, and even create events to use your collections.

Ladies I just sold my Chanel classic flap because I haven’t worn it in years and it’s just not the right one for me (jumbo = too big for me), but I still feel sad about it! Someone please tell me that I was right to let it go 😂
It sounds right! Look at the end of the day, jumbo preloved is easy to get and the prices are reasonable so you can buy it back if you change your mind!

I am so sorry to hear that you have not been well you poor thing. I'm going through a rough time too. I'm in so much pain, in my spine, down my legs, hips, well just about everywhere. Apart from things I have mentioned I don't know if I have ever said I have Fibromyalgia as well. So my spinal surgery hasn't helped and I am still in so much pain still after my craniotomy brain surgery. I'm just one big pain. 🤣 Got to laugh or I'll cry which is what I have been doing a lot lately albeit in private so no one worries about me more than usual. I'm seeing a skin cancer doctor soon as it looks as though I have at least 1 on top of my head. 🤞it's not. We are a pair, aren't we? We should write a book together. 😁XX

I have more than a few bags that I haven’t even worn once! I have the same wicker Capucines as you that I bought on vacation last year (end of June 2023) and she has not left my closet even once. BUT her fabulous debut is finally on the horizon; I will wear her to my nieces baby shower this weekend. The fact that it is a hand held bag for me (doesn’t look right with the shoulder strap on my frame) is a big reason she hasn’t gotten out yet. 😇

You have too many bags! Guess a lot of us are the same. I have a spreadsheet listing all my bags so that I can remember which one to use. Autumn Beckman has a bag journal which is similar concept. Having said that, I still don't use some of the bags. 😂 I think you should give more love to the sequin Fendi bags.

I think the ones that should get some love asap are the acid green peekaboo petite and the pink mink Fendi first. I can’t pick just one. I definitely have a lot of bags that I haven’t worn this year and often it’s my favorites which are impractical and pretty and maybe more delicate, so don’t get used as much. But I love them and they won’t be going anywhere. TFS and for making me think about using the ones that have been just sitting there.

Your Fauré le page seems a bit too sensible/boring/safe for your colourful wardrobe... maybe that's why you don't reach for it? You have such an incredible collection of special and interesting gems!! ✨️
Most of these bags I can't stand, the Chanel frankenfurter you can wear on Halloween. The Longchamps and the gun one...coulda been a champion, but no. Just no. They're too suburban they're not edgy. The pink Jimmy Choo is far too impractical to carry during the day it's definitely evening. It's ok but it demands your constant attention if you're wearing it. A cocktail party an evening event is fine. The custom made Fendi with the two colours. It's not a winner for co-ordination it's a stand alone. It demands being the hero so you can't wear it other than relative neutrals and relatively plain. I'd wear it with lighter tones of the same colours so it can pop with no competition. But you have to be very conscious about it. For bags that are being missed I definitely put a few of them on display so I can think about putting outfits to suit the bag.
@@DaylesAddiction Sorry you misunderstood me. Paler shades of the same or similar colours of the bag will make it sing. That's a relative neutral. Like pale pink is a relative neutral to pink, and pale green is a relative neutral to green.
I have 9 LV and Hermes bags (including my Birkin 30) that i haven't use and brand new inside the box sitting in my closet last 3 years. 🤪🫢 Some bags bought back in 2021 through to some bought last month. I will try to use some of them for the remaining this year. I do feel guilty atm i got so many bags. I stop buying bags this year. I might limit my self buy 2 next year. 😅

I used to keep one in Canva but it’s so out of date 🙈🙈🙈
I take a picture of my bags and save as an album on my phone; currently around 100. Also an SLG picture album on mu phone around 60.

Most of these bags I can't stand, the Chanel frankenfurter you can wear on Halloween.
The Longchamps and the gun one...coulda been a champion, but no. Just no. They're too suburban they're not edgy.
The pink Jimmy Choo is far too impractical to carry during the day it's definitely evening. It's ok but it demands your constant attention if you're wearing it. A cocktail party an evening event is fine.
The custom made Fendi with the two colours. It's not a winner for co-ordination it's a stand alone. It demands being the hero so you can't wear it other than relative neutrals and relatively plain. I'd wear it with lighter tones of the same colours so it can pop with no competition. But you have to be very conscious about it.
For bags that are being missed I definitely put a few of them on display so I can think about putting outfits to suit the bag.
Oh I disagree the more the merrier with the MTO - I love a more is more approach no neutrals!
@@DaylesAddiction Sorry you misunderstood me. Paler shades of the same or similar colours of the bag will make it sing. That's a relative neutral. Like pale pink is a relative neutral to pink, and pale green is a relative neutral to green.
Relative neutrals means a softer shade of the colours. It's not a neutral per se.

I have 9 LV and Hermes bags (including my Birkin 30) that i haven't use and brand new inside the box sitting in my closet last 3 years. 🤪🫢 Some bags bought back in 2021 through to some bought last month. I will try to use some of them for the remaining this year. I do feel guilty atm i got so many bags. I stop buying bags this year. I might limit my self buy 2 next year. 😅
