Proud owner of VW Vento 1.5 TDi (2017). The drive quality is premium even now. The OG Vento, Polo and Rapid cannot be replaced by any model. Their legacy will remain forever.
It’s made in India now . Not German imported things. They had to down the manufacturing costs so they degraded quality little bit but not drastically. It got 5stars. kia maruti Hyundai are selling tin cans still with pathetic drive quality.

Welcome to Skoda scam ah la baadhikapattor sangam.. I bought the Skoda Rapid MC 2020 top model. It is way better than current VW cars. But saying top model they scammed by selling a useless android system of no use. Till date no solution either. Especially their service centre is such a poor setup.
If you have a title in english please one would expect to have a video in english. If you are going to be speaking in someother language atleast put captions or something in the title.
Bro volkswagen had to make low quality plastics now n days because if they use high quality the price will increase and their sales will go down. Only if indian consumers bought volkswagens more, we would get extra premium stuff with already legendary cars.

Cost cutting is evident in kushaq or Slavia, compared to our 1.6 rapid tdi now it's done 1.5 lakh kms and going strong, but I must admit that we changed two injectors at 40000kms for 50k, that time they had issues with quality of fuel in India, but other than that the ownership had been trouble free till now.
I was thinking about this quality issues of vw in the recent past.
Exactly my sentiment also. I went to check out a taigun around the time it was launched and had a heart attack when i saw the roof liner. Thankfully, they’ve fixed it now. I would still get a used jetta over a new virtus any day.
Its true not only vw all brands has same quality issues compared to their own old models
