I finally understood how the Takao-Midorima combo works. It is basically a form of advanced passing in which Takao passed to Midorima as soon as he saw him jump into the air. Same for Akashi when he passed to Midorima. In a normal passing when Midorima is on the ground, Takao or Akashi will simply pass the ball to him with dexterity and skills (since they are very good passers) and Midorima will jump into the air in order to make his 3 after getting the ball. However, the weakness of Midorima’s three is that he can be easily intercepted by players like Kagami, during his jump. Basically, the time during which he launches his ball is his weakness because he can be intercepted, even by Akashi. After he fires his ball, it is basically unstoppable because his high projectile three is out of reach for everyone and will enter the basket accurately. So the only way is to stop him before he can fire the ball. To deal with this weakness, Midorima has to take some defensive measure - that is to shoot the ball first before anyone can intercept. Hence, when he and another player both know that it is time to do a high projectile three, that player will quickly pass the ball to Midorima who instinctively knows that and makes his jump first as soon as the ball leaves that player’s hand. So instead of doing the jump after getting the ball (meaning the passing phase has succeeded), he does the jump before getting the ball shortly after (so he is still in the passing phase with that player). This requires good time-and-hand coordination because he has to grab the ball shortly after he jumps (passing phase has succeeded by then!). If steph curry was an anime character 😂
Sakurai and Midorima mixed would be legend
Midorima inspired me, shooting three he's more like Larry Bird, Damien Lillard, and Steph Curry all in one.
Kagami jump + mcgee catch block 😍
Si midorima es así de increíble, imagínense al Stephen curry de ese mundo.
Barely anything will change if midorimia gets the zone, he plays perfectly never missing a shot so he doesn't need it lmao
He is good but he takes time to shoot, the zone would help him shoot faster 🔫
imagine a full court fade away in the zone tho lmao
love midorma
He just need to stand in the corner, and his team to pass the ball.
Thats must be auto win as long he can recieve the ball undisturbed
Loop WOW! Black and white basketball
My Star Platinum's range is THE WORLD
This video should be 5 second long tbh
