True story. For about three years I could not stand Morrissey’s voice, but slowly I learned the words and one day I was actually looking forward to one of the tracks coming on - I don’t recall what song but it was definitely from Hatful of Hollow, still my favourite album ever! Yeah Morrissey is one of my childhood heroes who hasn’t let me down. . . To me he is a work of art.
