I don’t listen to a lot of Christmas music. Last year I heard this song on the radio at work but it was faint and I couldn’t hear the words…but as a musician the chorus melody has rung through my head over the course of the last year. I love it. Finally I walked into a quiet store yesterday and this song was on and I was able to Google “candy cane lane”. Phew…full circle. Part of me is complete now.
Today, two days before Christmas, I was at the mall with my son and in the department store this song was playing. It was so catchy and I looked up the lyrics and found the singer. Now I've probably listened to it half a dozen times! Can't believe I'd never heard it before.

My two year old son was fussing earlier, and I played this for him, and he calmed down. My 6 yr old daughter loves it too, as does my husband. I think this is going in our Christmas music rotation.
I can used to work for Macy's this song particular played on loop for 3 days because the speakers broke along with the entitled geriatric old women who acted like they had a stick up their actual ass yeah my mood could be very sour with this song playing
