Thats the sort of enthusiasm only seen in someone who has delt with bullshit for years and suddenly made there way into an easymode setting
Colin’s living his life his way! 👍
Nothing Colin Furze does is easy, his unending enthusiasm makes it appear so.

@@ultraokletsgo for real. I work for the man, and any time there's ball-ache (there is always ball-ache) it's 1000% easier knowing that it's not my fault, and I get paid either way. What Colin does is awesome, but it's NEVER easy!
@@granttoye5852you’re right, but who gives a shit 😂
Colin seems a really decent bloke. It's no surprise he gave up being a plumber
honestly one of the nicest chaps we've ever met!
He's still phoning people weekly, to say something came up, but he'll guarantee he can do next Tuesday.
I’m a plumber this is funny as shit 😂
this is hilarious and I bet most people scrolled past without realizing it
I taught Colin everything he knows so of course he’s going to be a decent guy. ❤
3/8 fitting has a 22mm nut. Nothing more British than that statement
Except for measuring your weight in Stone. As far as I know that one is exclusively British.
@@LaughingOrangeI think there's some others who use stone as an obscure unit, so not technically exclusively British.
But only in the way that Americans use the Furlong because they use it in horse racing. That's great, but road signs are still in MPH.
Stone is truly a dumb measurement.
It probably has an imperial dimension but 22 is close enough
@@LaughingOrangeYeah and it’s wired seeing it occasionally. Personally just adjust it to read kilograms and go from there. Some families are brought up with it so it’s stuck around but I’d think Kg is more used now.
@@LaughingOrangeWe still do that a lot in Ireland too (probably because England ruled over us for a long time until the recent past)
Imagine you call for a plumber and Colin Furze shows up at your door.
"Oi I'll get you proper in no time at all 😉"
Then gives you 1700 psi shower pressure with flames shooting from the drain
And just wanted a cuppa for fee
My sister-in-law is from Stamford and Colin was her family plumber. Unsurprisingly she has a great story of coming across him fixing their shower whilst also in full song 🤣 such a great bloke.
I this would be the case I would sign the contract in a heartbeat!!!
When can you come by?
U can tell he loves what he does
Who wouldn’t?
Get rich Fugin off doing whatever the hell ya dream up?!?! Show me one fellow blue collar who wouldn’t jump at it! I wouldn’t tell my clients to get stuffed but I’d definitely hand em to a apprentice
@@patrickancona1193 I'm sure there's plenty of blue collar folk who wouldn't do it as dangerously as Colin, but ya, otherwise, for sure
He really does
If someone switches the Internet off, I will be first in line to buy a ticket to sit in his garden and watch 😂😂
You me both brother
The New Great British Inventor. Mr Furze.
All the best 🇬🇧
Have you seen his recent build?
@@ShadowFoam Yes it’s Going to be Epic once he’s finished ……. If it ever is, you never know he might connect his local shops to the Tunnel.

This explains so much. Dude actually knows what hes doing and it shows.
He could literally be a plumber, electrician, welder, fabricator, cnc operator, engineer, designer, mechanic, inventor and so on. This guy is pretty much a genious !
Not found a thing yet he’s struggled to master!
I’ve loved watching his journey to where he is now , some boy 👍
Sincerely such an inspiration internationally to ALL plumbers!
He really need to a podcast with Guy Martin
I’d listen to that!
Thing thing is, as someone with a northern family, I know that when northerners talk to other northerners, they become more northern. Anyone south of Cheshire & Yorkshire wouldn't stand a chance!
Can you imagine guy seeing his tunnel 😂😂
@@kushking5354 Guy: look at all this right? You see all that weldin' on them beams thats a fair old job innit?
He must've been welding for hours and hours and hours! I do like it but the missus would go ballistic if I did this.
May the furze be will you . Keep up the good work!!!
Haha top comment mate 👍
I didn’t realize you were a plumber Colin. I’ve been a big fan for a long time now and I’m a plumber/pipefitter. Awesome to see you made it where you are today! Keep up the awesome builds and content!
Thanks 👍
If you watch is REALLY early stuff he was still doing plumbing work at the time so his van was his work van complete with shelves and fittings and stuff all over the place. I was quite confused initially like "hang on... is this guy a plumber?!" Why is their a sanitary elbow on in the corner?!
@@mwiz100 I’ll have to go back and watch some of it.
No matter what the case, Colin Furze will always be a mad lad.
And a top lad!
So rare nowadays to have a based OG TH-camr that hasn't lost the passion
And still putting out good quality content
I thought this was gonna be a “between two Ferns” gig for a minute.
His life is just very very cool!!
If someone turns the internet off:
Me: Anxiety level: 100
I know right, terrified of that thought!
I wouldn’t expect him to have been a plumber I see him more as a carpenter/ jack of all trades
it's amazing what skills you can pick up
Bril!. Love this bloke and the 'mad' sh*t he does. Knows his stuff though!. Nuff said.
Collin furze reminds me of mole from the Atlantis movie lol as he spends so much time under ground lol😂
Haha that’s a shout!
We follow his adventure in france too, me and my two kids are big fan of his inventions and bunker stuff 😅
That's a man who knows the working side. I appreciate that
Not afraid to muck in!
Omg I love him so much more now.
Seeing the real person underneath the TH-camr is so awesome.
Top man in real life too, couldn;t have been more down-to-earth!
@@ShadowFoamdown in the earth nowadays.
Plumbing Love from the USA!
I just really hope Colin treats hydraulics with the respect it deserves. It's not a thing you can just f**k around with. It can seriously hurt, maim or kill you if you get it wrong. To a far far higher degree than other methods. The pressure's involved are insane. Be safe Colin! Be safe.
Absolutely! We are all hoping for him to be safe!
I actually love Colin, like this man and bob ross is the whole reason I grew up a creative child🤣🤣🤣🤣
It’s also nice that Colin’s remained as cool and inventive as ever!
What a genuine guy. I'm glad I found his channel
Same
Hi back to plumbing psh! He's set for life.
He don’t car if the internet stops .. and his channel stops.. he will always work hard and prevail
Pros of learning a trade!
God bless you Colin 🤟
Colin, you didn't USED to be a plumber, you ARE a plumber. Well, among many other amazing things!
That’s right! Once a plumber always a plumber!
For a moment I thought it was another clip of between two ferns 😂
He's always gonna be remember by pyro community just from his firework videos alone and everyone in his area will just know him as the guy with the bunker lol.
Not bad to be known for having fun 👍
He's been mia for a couple months. I'm dying for a video!
as are we! 👀
Hope we see him on some podcasts cause this is really cool, awhile new dimension to the CF world
Would love to start a podcast with Colin! 👍
"I used to be a plumber". Hey, once a plumber, always a plumber lol
True words for all tradesmen
What a legend
bonafide legend!
Ive always felt that Colin is the modern day Fred Dibnah, nothing to do with being a steeplejack, just his attitude, enthusiam and expertise in what he does.
I pegged him as the British macguyver 😂
I’m glad he got so happy about the hydraulics.
So am I!
I was subscribed to Colin when he was doing BMX tricks ❤❤❤❤
It’s been a fun ride watching him progress bro.
OG fan right here!
@@ShadowFoam ayyyyy you know it... Im here for the long run 👌💯💯❤️
@@FOFBASS1 dam straight brother 👌💯💯💯💯💯🙏
he's a pro at being curious....
"what if I do this....?"
The habit of smashing subtitles in the middle of the screen in a giant font, WORD BY WORD, is a trend that hopefully disappears before 2023 is out.
FFS 🤦🏻♂️
Blue collar stuff is a sure way to progress your career.
I only knew how to maintain a 3d printer when I started. Now I can:
Draw in Blender
Fix electronics
Order new inventory
Basic woodworking
I operate laser cutters, profile cutters, other programmed machinery
On my way to dip into back end coding because somebody needs to strap a couple of sensors on a machine and those need to be programmed
Very impressive mate! 👍
Truth, and hydraulic has to do big pressure, so it’s hard to penny pinch the metal. :o)
Iv got a 48 inch adjustable used on tunnel boring machine hydraulics, 4 adjustables covered 99% of the machine.
I would love to interview this legend he only lives down the road from me if I ever bump into him I might ask 😅
I’m sure he’d agree to it too, lovely bloke! 👍
I can imagine colin putting your rads on the ceiling to save space 😂😂
From what I've seen with my hydraulic fitter mates, they only ever use adjustable spanners.
Chinese made hydraulics steps into the chat....
Love this guy
Where can I find the full video?
on our channel!
@@ShadowFoam Can't find it, please send a link
Honestly thought Colin was on an episode of Between two ferns with Zach Galifianakis
Now wouldn't that be a laugh!
😂
I used to be an electrician until I had a life changing bike accident which took my leg off up to the groin so the only work I can do these days is sitting down bench work. I still haven't been able to find a job because nobody wants to employ me because of my disability. The government says you need to employ disabled people but in reality, that never happened as all the interviews I've had they've always made up some BS on why they won't employ me and that's even IF I get an interview. I can't count how many companies I've spoken to and they love my CV, but as soon as I tell them about my accident, they don't wanna know.
I want to work. But the government needs to change its tune and give certain types of jobs to certain people e.g. If your fully abled, then you CAN'T do a job that requires you to sit on your arse all day because those jobs need to be filled by people who can't walk and/or need crutches to walk and can't stand for very short periods of times without ended up being in excruciating pain.
Same issue. I'm fairly young and all my previous experience is in general labouring, but I can't due that due to a rare, currently incurable neurological condition that makes me wear fast with repetitive movement. Yeah, I've gotten off lightly compared to others with it (don't have chest muscle weakness), but it's still a hinderance to finding employment.
Been looking for a job for years and applying all the time. Been to university and have two certificates (one of which is now redundant as it's welding). It's so annoying, and I have no doubt employers see that several year employment gap and get scared by it.
I have no idea what he's saying. but I love it
I dig this guy and his F$&@k it attitude.
Nice pun
Finally. I know what Colin did before TH-cam.
Interesting isn’t it?
If the Internet gose off I would hope to see him on his own tv gadget show
I agree! Colin needs to get back on TV
“Trade to fall back on” as if a trade isn’t in and of itself a great career choice
Absolutely! Didn’t mean to say that it wasn’t!
It depends on the trade, but it's never a mistake being qualified in a trade. You can go off and pursue other interests if you choose and you can always come back to your trade was the point he was trying to make.
I qualified as a mechanic which is unbelievably useful no matter what you do in the future.
But I will say for anyone interested, if you want a diffucult, thankless job with poor pay, become a car mechanic. If you're interested in being a mechanic, go down a better route like boats, trucks or even small engines like lawnmowers. Avoid cars.
@@flatootYeah, cars are only getting worse in that respect. Between dodgy engineering choices, and plastic shrouds everywhere it's hours taking the engine bay apart to get to the fusebox in some cars. Or an oil filter in an inaccessible location, or with insufficient clearance to unscrew and replace it. That's all before the new wave of electric cars that are all full of proprietary bullshit. Went from being a great trade to a bleedin hindering awkward one in a decade or two.
@@Si74l0rd yes it quickly lost its appeal for me. I still like working on cars but not as a full time job.
Working on heavy machinery I enjoyed a lot more. It was still simple to work on when I did that, lots of space to get to bolts but heavy machinery has got a lot of electrics now too. The less sensors the better in my opinion 😂
Hell yea
Yes switching the internet off is a worry daily.
My old man was a plumbing central heating engineer 😂
What do you do?
@@ShadowFoam live sound technician, produce music .. I can drive forklifts, reach trucks/man ups can also sing got a good set of pipes on me 😉😁
The bashing on trades over the past couple years has really hurt the world it seems. Not everyone is cut out for ever path, some people need encouragement (and proper compensation) for the things that actually make the world go round
Absolutely agree! I tell all the youngsters I meet to learn a trade because they are always needed!
I didn't know he was a plumber, I have dreams of doing similar to him. Who knows if TH-cam pays me I'll hopefully get to do crazy vids like him
isn't that the dream for us all? 😅
Me too! He is a great rolemodle for apprentices all over the world!
This definitely takes the rich tea for oddest between the ferns 😅
😂
Imagine if you rang a plumber and colin furze turned up
😂
He's like a modern Fred Dibneh to me.
19,22, 27, 30,32, ahh i miss hydraulics 😢
It's proper stuff, you can tighten it up.
He's right, what is it with plumbing fittings? Every blooming one is a different size, WHY?
Can’t make it too easy now come on 😂
Such a dude!
100% legend!
22mm is 7/8
I heard that plumbers were electricians who thought ground was 0v…
Idk if that is true, I'm a technician.
😅
the day the internet gets switched off is the day you make use of your bunker
😅 pays to be prepared
🐐

Back when it was Corgi
Gas safe now
If someone switches the internet off, my job hasn't evaporated. I have a new job, turning it back on :)
Nice to av the tools
Always nice to have tools 👍
If someone switches the Internet off, you are a very wealthy retired content maker😊
we will gloss over all the thread types. lol
Consider it glossed 👌
Immagine him comming to your house to do your water plumbing and you find out he built a secret base in your bathroom or something like that
😅
I thought he was an engineer. He is very inteligent.
......because it's impossible for a plumber to be "very intelligent".....
If somebody switches the internet off we’ll have a serious problem
Before Safety grossly overtook the jobs, I LOVED being a pipe fitter/welder.
I switched to inspecting welds and piping systems. Not as fun but my wallet has since become obese.
Invest your money as long as you can
Good advice for everyone that!
@@ShadowFoam there have been more than enough people who were rich and then spend it all and ended up being poor again. You might think people have learnt from other people mistakes but just look at those who have won the lottery.
He wont need plumbing ever again. I aswelll as many other millions of people will always watch his videos.
That’s kind to hear!
Hey kids get in a union apprenticeship!
This world needs more apprentices!
The internet dies tomorrow there will be a mad man tearing apprt you kitchen to a sound track of Punk and Scar "YEAH BOY! GET THAT PVC IN THERE HAHA!!"
Haha that tickled me 😂
This guy looks like 50% Ewan McGregor and 50% Nick Riewoldt wtf
hahaha and 100% legend
Passion, in a fleshy bottle!
Never guessed he was a plumber. I thought he was an engineer. I would say he missed his calling but obviously he hasn't.
It’s amazing how transferable those skills are!
Colin is just simply a genius
3/8th fitting ....22mm spanner????? mix it up
A 3/8 fitting has a 22mm
Such a British sentence 😂
To be fair in hydraulics it's mixed pretty randomly, no matter where you are located
He could take military contracts
I’d love to see the military make use of his inventions
If you can plumb you can do anything, I fee sorry for the other trades
I think you mean if you're a mechanic....
Fight fight fight fight
As I have a qualification in mechanic-ing I’ve realised that I can’t be biased. Im sure soon we will be able to plug a scanner into a house and reset the ecu ;)
But what if they switch the water off
Everyone makes a bee line to the river
Wait, they can turn the internet off
They can turn anything off 👌
Not really, the internet was designed by DARPA to be resilient, traffic finds a way.
Always wondered what his neighbours think about him!
He does the big builds whilst they are on holiday!
@@ShadowFoam I see, I think your foam is amazing btw!
You're still a cool plumber
And a cooler TH-camr!
