well cut to short if u want your parents to allow you to study abroad than be a straight A student since birth.. gosh i also want to go to south Korea for my further studies but alas i know my parents aren't that open to me and are possessive.. so i have no hope that they will ever allow me to study abroad it's okay i will fly to korea once i get graduation and become a doctor just to spend my vacations there and to attend bts concerts for which i am waiting since years ... and yaa if i grow up and get a stable job or get into a buisness than my parents won't put any bondage coz basically Indian (Asian) parents want their kids to get stable for their entire life just to prevent any future crises...so that we can live stably once we grow up ... well i completely understand their concern and i will not disappoint them by any chance ... idk why am i sharing it here but feels so good to be open also i really like the Korean culture the safety the cleanliness the behaviour of people not being so judgemental one of my aunt use to live there before and now she is no more she use to tell me things about korea and i also know korean language btw but not fluently coz' mom never let aunt to teach me that language she use to say it's just worthless ... i don't mind that though but still it hurts me a lot .. anyway i wish our parents start to understand a difference between being protective and being possessive... which may solve thousands of problems of their kids and they can be frank with their parents ..
