That happened to me a couple months back. Manager and I couldn’t come to a decision on processes so we agreed to put a pin in the matter during a 1x1. Why did this mf email me and her superior the feedback from the meeting and she said I wasn’t receptive to feedback despite me silencing her an email literally outlining how the feedback from another dept was bogus. She literally ignored it just to try to sink me. This slippery mf tells higher ups I have all sorts of potential while she throws rocks and hides her hands behind the scenes. Spirit removed her and then I found out she had beef with her fellow managers and treated some other associates the same way I was. For no reason

I spoke my mind and kept it moving. I could say more but no need to play silly games to come up with a stupid prizes. Unfortunately, it cost her and my relative friendship because her friend my relative flapping her mouth about my relative to people in the streets all because he walked away from his ex girlfriend . We still respect our friend but look at her differently now with a side eye. Me and my relative still respect our used to be friend but just shocked how sneaky and manipulative she can be. I do wish her and her husband the best of luck and hope things work out for them. Anytime I have to question a so called friend over a man and what’s going on behind the scenes while my ex running back to snitch. I’m I have to wash my hands from everyone involved in order to keep the toxicity away from me and mine especially when I never crossed any boundaries up in any of my friends ex’s faces none of that which is cool. But like I told her don’t do what you know you would t be able to take if the shoe was on the other foot. My ex even said he would loose his stuff if any of his friends were coming over my house drinking with me and eating regardless if they were trying to look out fir me he would have lost his sh•• and this came from his own mouth not mine. Or maybe it was a low key jab at me that no matter what he still have lots of love for me who knows. People got to do what they gots to do in order to survive. I guess. 🤷🏽♀️😄😆😀🤣
